room was nice and perfect size for our family. lady that did breakfast was super nice and helpful.

It was hard to get any towels. when asked felt like i was being rude to ask.

The property was clean. fairly easily accessed.

We were unaware that this was a pet friendly hotel. I wish that had been disclosed during booking. dogs were barking all hours of the night. We were woke up one morning by two dogs fighting in the hallway and people screaming. The second noise problem was people racing outside the hotel. That carried on til about 1am. The hotel was extremely noisy.

The property is in a good location, it is clean and in walking distance to stores.

On the 4th floor, there was a foul smell in the hallway and the elevator area.

the location is good. The room was good few things where dirty like chairs and spots in the bathroom. also no shower gel. was empty.

we had a dog barking non stop on the room next door. called front desk they told me the owner wasn’t answering they’re calls and they will put a note for the manager to give us a discount or a refund but nothing happened.

Truly, I had no complaints - it was an enjoyable stay and close to the event I attended

The location was perfect with everything so close by, the rooms were nice and clean.The breakfast was pretty decent I absolutely loved the coffee bar and having free water .

I didn't like the fact that I wasn't able to check into my room until after 4pm because I wasn't available. I think I should be given a discount for my inconvenience. Also I didn't like the fact that I could feel the springs in the bed making it very uncomfortable.

The selection of food was outstanding and the woman who was in charge of everything was excellent. She was helpful and made sure everyone who came in knew what and where everything was.

I thought the room charge was excessive for a pet.

The location is great and Conveniently located.

Hotel should have a designated floor or area for pets. The smell of pets and wet carpet made me sick. I have allergies and it was raining. My room smelled like a pet had stayed in the room the day before. The room across the hall from me dog barked all night.

we asked for additional wash clothes and went back to the front desk 3x kept getting told different answers. Eight hrs later they finally delivered towels but without any wash clothes.

The breakfast was good and the hotel was good for the purpose of the stay.

When I arrived the person ahead of me checking in was told about breakfast times, free water and fruits etc. etc. and I wasn’t given any of those details. I felt that it was because I booked through Bookings. There were no soaps in the bathroom. The room wasn’t cheap for a one night stay. €189 for a standard King room. When we left I felt that I was sneered at for having booked through bookings.
