We found Assateague Breeze last year when our usual rental was unavailable and I'm so happy we did. There are plenty of birds to watch and the table is perfect for games and puzzles.

We enjoyed our stay at Assateague Breeze. The views were amazing! The screen porch was relaxing. The beds were comfortable. We had an plenty space to stretch out in. Our family has 2 adults and 2 teens. The teens were happy to have their own rooms.
Only complaints are that we had ants in the kitchen and the road to the house was a bit bumpy.

We had a lovely time at Assateague. It was perfect for us. The house is at the north end of the island and away from the main and Maddox streets. Every room has water view but the house doesn’t have water access. House had everything what we could want for a stay. We left a note in the guest book. Pros: location, cleanliness, views of sunrise and sunset, bay and breeze, all the facilities in the house, ample space and well equipped kitchen. Cons: toilet overflowed 2nd day, instructions for cable/DVD outdated, no beach chairs or umbrellas, ants and loads of them/ difficult to cook. Mgt depends on who you talk to, some are super and some not. Originally wanted to book another house but most reviews complained about mattress, mgt lady said she doesn’t read reviews and no plans to change anything. They don’t visit the page and house.

Hello - we loved Assateague Breeze. The screened-in porch was a perfect gathering spot - fantastic water views (many birds), and a fabulous breeze. We did not see one mosquito! We had 6 adults, and 2 small children (3 and 1). It was nice to have water access for our kayaks - would have been better to have direct access. Overall, everyone had a great time.

Property is family ready
I lost my husband 11 months ago to cancer this trip was extremely important to my kids my grandkids and myself to share our scars. Assateague breeze gave us what we needed. Thank you for the private setting with awesome views. Thank you thank you
