This was the perfect VRBO for 6 adults and a pug. We are discussing making this an annual trip. Great location, beds are comfy, deck has an awesome view.

It is a quiet neighborhood, Minutes away from shopping and the Grand Glaze arm. The home was clean and comfortable

House is always clean and ready upon arrival. Quite cove on lake always a good time. Always can’t wait to go back again.

It was a great clean property and Matt was extremely kind and a wonderful host. We will definitely be back!

This was a great little house. Everything was as described. Would definitely come back! Host was great an quickly responded to all my questions

The house was comfortable with a very well stocked kitchen. We were there for Thanksgiving so having a well appointed kitchen was important. Judy bent over backwards to make sure we had what we needed including bringing us her own coffee pot and coffee to use while she ran to the store to buy a replacement for the one that was not working well. The upstairs living room is small, but there is additional seating downstairs. My grandsons are ready for us to return in the summer!

Owner was very courteous and helpful. I could see where parking could be a issue but in the off season it worked good for us. When we return to fish in April I will look at staying here again

Comfortable, affordable getaway for out large group. Everything was as expected. Would rent again.

Smaller than I thought it would be and smelled a bit moldy but very clean and suitable for what we needed.... pics made it seem we were lake front.... w a large yard.... it is not.... owner was very nice....

The house was amazingly. It was very clean. Everything you needed was available. First time for us to rent a house and it was well worth it.

Nice place, close to the water and public boat ramps, and also attractions and restaurants within a few minutes drive. Comfortable beds, well furnished. Not much parking.

I highly recommend this home as a great place to stay in Osage Beach. Our family trip was awesome, there were 5 adults and plenty of room for us all. The house was clean, had everything we needed and then some. I was very impressed with how easy it was to get to and the manager gave me step by step directions coming from Kansas City. She was also very patient with my arrival, as we made more stops on the way than intended. Matt was also great about setting everything up with me. The location is awesome, just a short walk to the dock (that you can see from the deck) and no more than 5 minute drive to shops, resteraunts or anything else you may need. Our family plans on making this an annual trip!

Really enjoyed everything this property had to offer! Renters were easy to communicate with and very nice people! Next time I go to the Ozarks I will be looking into this place again.

Myself and 4 of my buddies had our annual "BroCation" at this property for 11 days. The home was beautiful and fully equipped with everything we needed. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 pull out sofas. We had full use of the dock and boat slips during our stay which made our stay even better. Fishing was fantastic right off the dock and there were plenty of chairs, tables, fridge, etc. right there on the dock for our use. Penny was absolutely wonderful - really made us feel at home, even gave us her propane tank when we ran out and took my buddy to the public use boat ramp, which was on the other side of where we were staying. Location was perfect for the lake, pretty much in the middle of it all. Overall the stay exceeded our expectation. One thing to note - the boat ramp at the property is sketchy if you have a larger boat due to it being on a steep grade and made of rock - you will slide. We ended up using the public use boat ramp to get the boat out, which was not a big deal and worth the drive.

Our stay at this property definitely exceeded my expectations. When we first arrived and Penny showed us around she definitely made us feel more than welcome. The house is very clean and cozy. If you're wanting to enjoy the lake this is most definitely the perfect spot. It's far enough away from everything but close enough if you're wanting to go to dinner or go out for drinks. It was really easy to get to. I felt very comfortable staying there. It was equipped with anything you would need in a house whether you plan on staying for one night or several weeks. I would recommend this property to all of my friends and family. We will for sure be back to stay again!!

This home is completely updated and has everything you need to have a relaxing time at the lake. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Very nice property with beautiful finishes throughout. Everything you need for your stay is there. Dishes, utensils etc are all new and high quality. Neat as a pin. Penny is a wonderful host and Matt was very easy to work with. My kids loved having access to the paddle boat and paddle board. Thanks for a wonderful 2 weeks!

This was our first time in the Ozarks and it will not be our last, because of the place we stayed in. The house was perfect and Penny was great help. My friends and I will be back!!!
