Heated Private Pool! Close to Village, Beach and Restaurants!
Inmaculada casa nueva aldea! Shayna Playa es una casa de nueva construcción en el sur de la isla que cuenta con múltiples espacios al aire libre, piscina (la piscina no se puede calentar) y cómodas habitaciones para 10 personas. Esta lujosa casa ofrece 4 dormitorios, 3 baños, cocina bien equipada, amplia sala de estar, área separada con sofá cama futón, amplio lavadero con espacio de almacenamiento adicional, acabados de alta gama con madera noble y pisos de baldosas. En la planta superior hay una majestuosa suite principal de gran tamaño con una cama King, un enorme armario (perfecto para un juego para niños pequeños), un lujoso baño en suite y una entrada privada a la espaciosa cubierta. El entretenimiento es fácil en la cubierta de arriba con un bar completamente equipado en el pasillo de arriba. Una de las habitaciones de huéspedes con una cama Queen está justo al otro lado del pasillo del maestro, y también ofrece una entrada privada a la cubierta. El segundo dormitorio de invitados está configurado con literas que pueden acomodar fácilmente a 3 personas con el nido. El tercer dormitorio de invitados se encuentra en la planta baja con una cama Queen y ofrece fácil acceso si las escaleras no son convenientes. This was our first stay at this residence. My family and I had a wonderful time. The pictures don't give this place justice. Everything was outstanding.

The property was just as the listing described. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was convenient to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The property management team communicated with us throughout the week to make sure everything was going well. We really enjoyed our stay.

Overall this house was terrific. It has tons of space, was very clean, and has a nice pool. It's close to the beach, about a 10 minute walk, or if you have a golf cart you can be there in no time. It's even walkable to some of the restaurants, if you like to walk. If not, it's not further than about a 5 minute drive to everything you could want or need. The only issues we had was that it's on a relatively busy street (for St. Simons) and you can hear a decent amount of road noise. And it's next to another rental, the first people that were beside us were nice and quiet but when they left and the next group came in, we weren't as lucky and had to stay inside because of the foul language and couldn't enjoy the pool. Just the luck of the draw with these things. And a neighbor's dog barked most every single night. Again, not really the house's fault, just the way things go sometimes. But overall, the house was fantastic and a very nice property, just some neighbor issues to consider.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and a good size for three couples. The pool was nice and very clean. The management company was very easy to deal with and had great communication. We did have an issue with one AC unit when we checked in. The management company responded very quickly even though it was late in the evening and had a technician out first thing in the morning to make repairs. The couches in the great room should be replaced. They are worn and have very little support when you sit on them. Overall it was a great place and we would definitely stay there again.

Our extended family came down for March Break and loved every minute at this house. The high ceilings, large porches, and beautiful finishes have us ready for our next visit. The kitchen even had a little tea pot for the tea drinker (me). I would highly recommend paying to heat the pool. It was well worth it to us as we used it every day.

The home seemed better than described! We had plenty of room for our 9 people. The children loved the pool, the parents loved the nearness of the beach and the ease of biking to dinners. We hope to return again!

We enjoyed a fun girls' weekend in St. Simon's and this was the perfect house. We had plenty of room and everything was extremely clean. We appreciated the beautiful, well-appointed kitchen as we had several meals at the house. We also loved the pool. Close enough for a quick drive to the downtown area and no problems with parking.

Fantastic, well-appointment property that's close to everything. The fact that the parking is around the back was super convenient and gave us plenty of space for 2 cars, a large golf cart + 4 rented bikes. Kitchen was well stocked and included the basics like cooking oil/seasonings/coffee filters, which is always appreciated. Updated appliances, great AC (which was needed as we had 3x days above 100 degrees), clean linens + plenty of beach towels. The only very minor thing we missed was beach chairs, which previous rentals in SSI have included - just make sure to plan accordingly. Overall a fantastic stay, highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay! House is stocked with everything you need. Plenty of space in the house and the pool was perfect. Our 3 kiddos loved that there was 3 beds in the bunk room! Highly recommend staying here!

For the most part our stay was enjoyable. The only negative was that the upstairs queen bed was so wore out and uncomfortable to sleep on. The property manager was very responsive but they couldn’t resolve this issue for us unfortunately. Other than that it was the perfect location and walkable to everything we wanted to do.

The house was beautiful and super clean. Close to everything and the pool was an absolute must. We requested that it be heated and it was perfectly warm when we checked into the house and jumped in! Would absolutely stay here again :-)

Opted to pay for the heated pool, and it was definitely worth it. Outside temp was 58 degrees at night, but the pool water was warm enough that even when I got out to go back in the house, I did not get uncomfortably cold. The pool is lit, which is great for those evenings when the sun is going down early. The house was very clean and a nicely updated.

WE love St Simon in general it is a beautiful place to visit and close to my son who is in the Army. The house was amazing, our stay there was more than we could have wished for. Thank you

We had the perfect week here!! The property was very clean and location was perfect! We rented a golf cart and had a great time! The pool was a huge plus and the realty company was super responsive!! Only suggestion is to put a tv in the upstairs queen bedroom since the others all had tvs.

Kids, parents, and Grandparents stayed in this large house for a week. The pool was a perfect size for 4 kiddos and a few adults.
The house had many more items available than what was listed like dishwasher pods and laundry pods. We cooked at least two meals a day for 10 people.
The upstairs children’s bunk room was VERY hot. No matter how many fans we tried, it was stifling. The rest of the house was perfectly comfortable.
Parking was ample for 3 cars, and the kids really enjoyed our trip.

Great Place near the beach
We loved the rooms, and space the home has. Everything was clean and well maintained. Some small complaints would be the outdoor shower is opposite of the pool and it's at the edge of a deck so falls could happen while trying to wash the sand off. Also, the water pressure in the showers could be better. All in all, it's a great place and we definitely enjoyed St. Simons.

Nice home
Nice, clean home. Walk to beach access is a manageable shady walk. We rented a golf cart, which worked out great, with parking a beach access. The pool is on the smaller side but worked out great for a mix of adults and small children. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

We loved the location and especially the front porch sitting. The pool was our youngest daughter's favorite part. We enjoyed our stay and plan to book this home again in the future. Worth every penny spent!

We loved the location and especially the front porch sitting. The pool was our youngest daughter's favorite part. We enjoyed our stay and plan to book this home again in the future. Worth every penny spent!

We cranked the pool up to 92 and it was really really nice. Only problem with the place was that the TV sets weren’t working quite right. The one in the downstairs bedroom was not a smart tv and we couldn’t actually get it to do anything at all. The others barely worked. Wouldn’t have mattered normally, but, again, it was really bad weather. Overall, we loved the place and would totally go back!

Our only issues were that one of the beds needed to be repaired and that there was dog feces on the living room carpet.

Beautiful home
Took a girls trip to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. There were 7 of us and it was plenty comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the close walk to lighthouse/pier. Only challenge was finding the key to get in when we arrived. Also the queen size bed upstairs could use to be replaced. Overall the place was perfect!
