Nuestra suite es moderna y cómoda, con excelentes restaurantes, pintorescos cafés y tiendas a su alcance. La pasarela del puerto está justo al salir y el impresionante puerto interior de Victoria, a menos de 10 minutos a lo largo del camino. En la base de nuestra calle, súbase al ferry Victoria Harbour y explore la vía fluvial con paradas convenientes para este servicio de subir y bajar.
Si bien el área es vibrante, también puede retirarse al balcón para relajarse y disfrutar del aire fresco, las vistas del casco antiguo y las colinas de Sooke. Si desea comer adentro, la cocina completa cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y artículos de cocina para disfrutar de las comidas.

A very cute little property right on the edge of China Town. Perfectly located within walking distance of anything you might want to do. The host was fabulous to communicate with and very responsive.

An incredible location next to top restaurants and a short walk for shopping and sightseeing. Since it is a historic building, we were expecting it to be quite old inside but instead found a nice modern well equipped condo with great secure parking. The owner was very responsive to all of our needs. We found access for our first time here to be quite convoluted but it will be a breeze the next time around.

This Chinatown property was brand new and very nice. The keycafe pickup was slick and easy to use. I would highly recommend this place for a trip to Victoria. The one bedroom with a fold out couch is perfect.

This is a great place for a couple, host is fabulous and very responsive. Only downside is lack of AC. We had 2 fans on us and it was still warm at night but very minor. We loved the location.

Great downtown location and nicely outfitted, newer condo. Close to restaurants and walkable to all the Victoria sights and restaurants. However, Check in process left me frustrated and confused and owner was not available until certain hours. Key Fob needs to be picked up a couple of blocks offsite (need code that’s supposed to be texted to you). Instructions on how to use Fob and obtaining access to parking and building need to be more descriptive, in my opinion. Once we actually got inside, we were pleased and the frustration was forgotten.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only inconvenient note I have to make was that after driving for 8 hours we arrived at 230pm. I received a msg explaining how to pick up the keys at the 711 and we headed there. We found with traffic and all of the one way streets and no right/left turns it was difficult to get to the 711, once there I was not able to pick up the keys until exactly 330 which was inconvenient although I guess I should have confirmed with the host. Once in the building I had a lot of difficulty trying to find the information with the door code on it (my fault) I did however call the host and was not able to get a call back for over an hour. In that time managed to comb through the info and find the door code.
The place was bright, clean and conveniently located. You can however hear every footstep from the place above, but didn’t bother us much.

My husband and I brought our 2 girls to visit Victoria on a summer vacation this week! Our stay could not have been more perfect. Everything about the property was phenomenal from the location to the check-in process to the space and cleanliness of the property. Kim was great with communication and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The property is very comfortable and the location is great! Right in the center of Chinatown and close to all the transportation (though almost everything is walking distance). Our host, Kim, was very helpful and super responsive to all our questions and needs. We would stay again!

The condo was in a great location, a lot of pubs, boutiques and coffee shops, just steps out the front door. Liked that you only had access to the floor that you were staying on, as well as the main floor and parkade. Building was very quite, did not hear street noise or neighbors. We had a very relaxing stay.

Place was in a great location. Right in the heart of China town easy access to all of Victoria, if you like to walk, this spot will get you close to all the attractions. The host was great, attentive to all our needs.

This condo is very nicely appointed, and is in a great location. While close enough to walk to all downtown attractions,, restaurants etc, it is still far enough away to remain a quiet place to stay. Very secure building, with a few alley ways that allow a person to access various streets without actually going into the traffic. Nice parkade, very clean building overall. Owner is very receptive to questions, and responds very quickly. I would definitely recommend this suite and hope to visit again soon.

We came back for a 4th stay at this property. We did have a few hiccups during our stay but Kim was very quick to respond and help us out where needed. Location is great and parking is a huge bonus.

The property had all the essentials and an equipt kitchen to cook a lovely meal. It was up to date in style and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. The other reviews are correct about obtaining the keys, it's a hassle and can be stressful when arriving in a town you've never been in. My best advice is to thoroughly read the email sent in advance and then add the stops to your map. Once we got into the home, it was wonderful. If I was in town again I would book this location. The host gives wonderful food recommendations, we tried 4 of them and they were all AMAZING!!!

The unit had everything we needed and was in a great location. We definitely appreciated the mobile fans provided during the warm weather! We also appreciated the on-site parking…don’t know what we would have done other-wise. Kim was a great host, responding quickly to any questions we had.

As other reviews said, the check-in process involved lots of steps, which was tricky at night trying to navigate a new city, so come prepared with patience! It took us two days to realize that there was an elevator at the other end of the property (different entry door) so we didn't have to cart our luggage and stroller up and down four flights of stairs after all! The apartment itself was equipped with all the basics and was very comfortable. Very conveniently located to everything one might need downtown, with access to the water/harbour and other sight-seeing areas nearby.

This was the third stop along our Pacific Coast road trip. Altho it was a stark departure from the rustic VRBOs we'd stayed in so far, it was in a great location, and it included parking. We left the U.S. at Port Angeles, and once our car ferry reached Canada, it took forever to clear Customs. But once we did, it was clear sailing with the assistance of our GPS. We did have to find a "Key Safe" at a 7-11 nearby to pick up the fob to get into the apartment, but it also meant that we could get in anytime; which, after a 450-mile drive, was not until 8 p. Next day, we tripped on up to Nanaimo, a quaint little port city (there was a one-hour traffic jam on the way), and took an alternate route back that was quite an adventure that included having a small black bear cross the road in front of us. But if you're going, you MUST visit the Butchart Gardens! Absolutely spectacular

Great location in downtown Victoria. Tons of restaurants and shops outside your front door. Getting the key felt like an Escape Room experience, which I enjoyed as I like games (it's not that hard, just follow the instructions). We'd stay again.

Great location, nice place
This apartment is really well located in Chinatown, just beside Fan Tan Alley and a couple of minutes walk from the little harbour water taxi stop.
The kids slept in the bedroom and said the bed was really comfortable. The hide-a-bed was a typical one in terms of comfort. Not the best, but not terrible.
The kitchen was really well kitted out with lots of dishes and everything you would need for simple meals.
The bathroom and laundry worked well.
A few games in the cupboard was a great unexpected addition.
Cable on the tv gave lots of options, but no smart tv capacity meant no casting a streaming service from our phones. But the internet was fast.

Once we got it figured out, all was good
The process of getting the keys through a lock box at a local 711 was a bit of a hassle. It was raining when we arrived, no parking close by to stop at the 711 store, and then we were unfamiliar with the drop box system. Nevertheless, the store clerk helped us out a bit and it was easy from then on. The suite was perfect, very clean, well equipped, and in a perfect location. Highly recommend.
