Esta nueva casa unifamiliar (construida en 2013) de 5 dormitorios y 4 baños con mejoras en todo el edificio cuenta con muebles nuevos y se encuentra en la comunidad privada, serena y conveniente de Grande at Canal Pointe. La comunidad está al este de la Ruta 1, a poca distancia en bicicleta de la playa y el paseo marítimo (aproximadamente 1,5 millas), con una vida tipo centro turístico que incluye 2 piscinas comunitarias, 2 casas club con equipos de gimnasia y juegos como tejo, cancha de tenis, baloncesto y Un juego.
La casa tiene un amplio pasillo que conduce a la gran sala con chimenea de piedra de piso a techo, TV de pantalla plana y cocina de lujo con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y barra de desayuno con 2 taburetes. This was our second year staying in this wonderful home. Spacious enough for 8 adults and 3 small children. The basement rec area has activities for everyone. There are some board games, pool & pingpong tables along with air hockey. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and some paper products. 5 bedrooms with plenty of bed space. Master suite very nice with sitting area. Great host with easy communication.

The house worked very well for our family. There was lots of space and a huge rec room for play. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated having a high chair and the bathroom stools for the kids.

We were at the beach with our family to celebrate our 50th anniversary, but even without a special occasion this is a great house -- plenty of elbow room in the kitchen, a rec center downstairs, two pools within easy walking distance, a screened-in porch that catches the breeze, and everything in working order. We plan to be back!

Our family enjoyed another family beach vacation at this beautiful house. This was our second year here. Plenty of room for everyone. Love the lower level with the activities. Would be nice to have cable on the TV on the lower level. Would be nice to have TVs in the 2 bedrooms on the main level.

We have stayed at this location for several years. This house is perfect for our young adults because of the "play room" on the lower level. There is plenty of room for all 9 of our family.
Location is excellent. Close to shopping, restaurants, and walking/bike trails.
We are looking forward to next year.

This home is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are clean, bright and spacious. The location is excellent, walking distance to both pools. It's a short drive to all of the attractions... beach, boardwalk, funland, and amazing restaurants. Looking forward to another stay!

Nice location which was close enough to the beach (drive) and super quiet neighborhood at night. House was filled with all supplies needed. Would recommend.

We stayed with my family and our children and we all had our own room and bathroom! Great neighborhood and central location in Rehoboth! Loved the neighborhood pools! Would love to rent again!

The property was beautiful. The host was easy and great to work with. There was plenty of space in the home. Our only complaint is not with the house or host but with the pool rules and the pool attendant. The kids did not enjoy the pool. No diving sticks, pool toys, beach balls or floats allowed. Only pool noodles were allowed. The kids were jumping in the pool, because there was nothing else for them to do when the pool attendant told them they better behave or she would kick them out! They weren’t even misbehaving. Unfortunately this will prevent us from renting the home again. The pool was not a pleasant experience. We understand the need for some rules and no running. Totally understandable. We had a baby with us who is fair skinned and a ginger. We were not allowed to bring her covered pool float. Needless to say she didn’t even go to the pool. Again, nothing against the host, she was great as was the house. The pool was a big let down.

This was our 6th vacation at this house and we have never had a problem. The house is always clean, with nice amenities. Pool is close to the house. Outlets are real close and the ocean is just a short ride.

Beautiful House
The house was as beautiful as the pictures. Very well equipped with kitchen tool. The house had plenty of room for our family of 12. The front pool was definitely more kid friendly then the back pool we discovered . The refrigerator needed servicing and Liz brought a repairman out as soon as possible to fix the issue. We love the house so much we’ve already booked for next summer.

Very nice home
We had a wonderful time at this home. It was spacious, clean and well stocked. The basement was perfect for the kids to have their own space, and the location of the home is very convenient to Rehoboth Avenue and the beach.

We just spent the week of Thanksgiving, and it was the perfect house for us. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. We really enjoyed the basement area…the teens & adults loved playing pool, ping pong, and air hockey. I absolutely loved the open floor plan between the kitchen & living room. Even though it was cold we still got to enjoy the local beaches, and some shopping at the outlets, which were literally a minute away.
The house was even better than the photos! We would definitely rent this house again when in Delaware.

Thanksgiving in Delaware
We just spent the week of Thanksgiving, and it was the perfect house for us. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. We really enjoyed the basement area…the teens & adults loved playing pool, ping pong, and air hockey. I absolutely loved the open floor plan between the kitchen & living room. Even though it was cold we still got to enjoy the local beaches, and some shopping at the outlets, which were literally a minute away.
The house was even better than the photos! We would definitely rent this house again when in Delaware.

What a nice place to stay if coming to the area for vacation. It was way more house than we needed for a smaller group but was worth it. The house was bright and welcoming. We loved sitting out on the screened in deck and enjoying the neighbors beautiful plants and trees while sipping on coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening after a day of sightseeing or at the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone walking or riding their bike made a point to say hello. The house location was perfect as well, close to Rehoboth and Lewes beach, shopping, parks, etc. Would stay again.

Rented this beautiful spacious home with family and adult children. Had a wonderful week with perfect weather. Our host Liz was very available and responsive with information and answers to questions both prior to and during our stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but close to the beaches, restaurants, shopping and action in Rehoboth. The house was very clean and has all the amenities one could want. The kitchen/great room area and screen room was a nice gathering area for cocktails and during meal prep. The finished basement is huge and a fun place to hang out. All our guests reported very comfortable beds in all rooms. Would highly recommend this home and will definitely consider renting again. Thank you Liz!

The Glade is a beautiful house with plenty of space for our extended family of 12 to spread out. We enjoyed the screened-in porch and basement rec room. It truly is a "vacation home!!" The proximity to the beach was better than we expected with just a 5 minute car ride. We were also pleased with the 5 minute walk to the community pool. This property was perfect for our family. Beautiful house, lovely setting, close to shopping and the beach.
Our grandkids (ages 16-24) loved the game room in the basement and enjoyed a game of pool and air hockey with their Mimi.

This home is just perfect in every way! It is spacious and beautifully decorated and Liz has provided everything a guest could want 👍. Our stay
Liz was a great host and very easy to contact whenever I had questions. The place was as listed, very spacious and gave my 2 young children plenty of space to move around and not disrupt the rest of house. We especially loved sitting out in the screened-in porch to chat, quietly read a book or enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The neighborhood is quiet and the people are very friendly! We would definitely recommend.

Incredible Master Bedroom with a Lovely Screened in Porch
The master bedroom is so big and beautiful. I enjoyed spending time just reading in the beautiful king sized bed.
The screened in porch let in a nice breeze and it was very pleasant to spend time Out there.
My children loved the basement. We have them the basement bedroom and they enjoyed the space to run around and all the activities to do in the basement.
The house itself is very clean, bright and a joy to stay in.
