It has complete amenities from toiletries, refreshment and mini gym. The room and common areas are very well kept. The reception staff are friendly. Great location as it is close to MTR station and shopping centres.

The room assigned to us was rather small for family of 3. Good thing that our luggage is cabin size otherwise it would have been a problem. We can’t walk freely in the room as the pullout bed can’t be kept underneath the primary bed. One can easily hurt themselves from hitting off the edges of the fixtures due to tight spaces.

The small room with full facilities such as comfy bed, helpful staff, the nearest MTR is Mong Kok station by walking about 5-10 minutes. This place doesn't have breakfast, but they're preparing some refreshment and snack for customers but also have some restaurants around here.

The room is a bit dirty with dust and hair on the floor. The housekeeper should be more concerned about cleanliness.

Outdated rooms decorations. Hotel staff were arguing with guests about check-in time, despite the delay caused by the hotel. Understaffed at the hotel for housekeeping.

Reception does not answer phone and some speak poor English. Limited/no food option in hotel, gym is outdoors ie too hot. Small rooms with poor soundproofing

room was rather small and an odd layout. I am used to small rooms in hotels in Hk but being surprised at the rates in Hk on this first visit for 4 years (for obvious reasons) I was slightly disappointed at the space. While there were two single beds (not really too much of a problem) there were two issues with this. They were on different levels and at 90 degrees to each other. Just seems an odd layout. Also there was a footboard on the one away from the window which restricted those of us with tall bodies slightly. The hotel did provide me with a work desk which i requested.

Check in was a bit 'mechanistic' and lacking in any real warmth, English perhaps rather limited but acceptable. I just felt the hotel feel short of what it could have delivered generally. The location is a 10 min walk to the metro and not an issue only when it rains. Taxis are not exactly queueing up outside and one could be unlucky and wait for 15 mins in busy times.
