The receptionist Hayley cancelled booking without notifying. Last minute and left me almost stranded in the middle of the night.

Unfort. I am forced to leave a review due to the legal situation and staff member potentially covering up verbally agreed, and promised facts. Staff member Hayley agreed several times to several separate verbal agreements. First time regarding long term booking and business proposal, I was told message and contact was forwarded, and I should get a call back from the named person. Weeks later regarding something entirely different and urgent - Sensitive information was accepted over email and not forwarded to the correct person. A very unprofessional staff member. Sounds like she is on a night out, each time you speak to her. Needs serious training in customer service.

Perfect location for our stay. The rooms were tidy, modern and spacious.

Wouldn't know, never got the chance

I turned up at 2030 on Saturday 2nd September to be told that they had no record of a booking and had no rooms left. Having since checked the full amount for the stay was taken from my bank account on the day of booking (£111 on 4/7) As I was left destitute on a Saturday evening checked the booking.com app where I found the cheapest booking within 5 miles (I was using public transport/taxi) was for £390. I am filling out this review as Booking.Com asked to do so saying did I enjoy me stay?

Perfect little place, really enjoyed my stay

Extractor fan in the ensuite didn't seem to be working but, no big deal.

Good location close to town. Clean and quiet, easy to access and very comfortable.

Apartment in great condition, good facilities, good wifi, nice bathroom, not far from city centre

zip and link beds with very thin cover, when I slep in the middle of the bed, felt as if I was going down right in the middle of the mattress, could not sleep properly due to this and also, curtain is not blackout - all the light from the street was coming in overnight and light from early morning coming through. Not a good sleep at all.
