De gratis shuttlebus naar het centrum was erg fijn. De kamer was ruim. Veel wc’s en douches. Apart rookgedeelte. Je had je eigen tas met servies etc.
Het was een erg gehorig gebouw. Dus om 11 uur ‘s avonds hoorden we nog veel geschreeuw. Vervolgens werd er om 7 uur ‘s ochtends alweer geboord. De keuken was ook te klein voor het aantal mensen dat kan verblijven in het hostel.

- Chambre “double privé avec salle de bain” minuscule, la douche qui n’a aucun rebord pour stopper l’eau, après votre douche vous avez de l’eau dans toute la chambre si vous ne faites pas de barrage avec le tapis de la salle de bain qui lui restera imbibé d’eau tout le long de votre séjour.
- Cuisine dans un état lamentable après 12h.
- Aucune isolation sonore.
- Climatisation 24/24 7j7 pour un Hostel, besoin d’appeler la réception pour la régler ou l’éteindre.
- $800 le prix de la semaine pour la chambre, hors de prix pour la qualité.
- Loin du centre, navette disponible toutes les 30’ au frais de l’hôtel, encore faut-il qu’il y est de la place dedans.
- Lit pas du tout confortable, 120cm max.
- Housekeeper qui rentre dans la chambre alors qu’on est sous la douche même avec le signe “Ne pas déranger” sur la porte.
- 40$ de frais pour 2 clés, indiqué nul part avant l’arrivé.
- $18 de surcharge de paiement indiqué nul part également lors du paiement.
- $10 machine à laver + dryer (sans lessive)
- Pas de gel douche dans la chambre privée (pour le prix c’est le minimum)
- Réceptionniste LENT (10’ pour magnétiser un badge, 25’ pour faire le check in)

If I could have liked something, it was canceled because they unfairly made me pay an adjustment when I checked out when I had already paid my entire stay in advance.
They asked me to pay $6 at my cual out because they increased the rate due to high season when I already had paid everything in advanced. I consider that unfair and illegal. Once that you pay your booking, flight or whatever, they never charge you again to adjust the amount they expect.

Indrukwekkend schone keuken! Eindelijk een hostel waar het geen smerige plakboel is. Ook een fijn zwembad en een leuke bar.
Sanitair ruim beschikbaar maar wel aan de andere kant van het gebouw.

Very fun and sociable hostel with a lot to do. The staff are super kind especially Michele who was really helpful & amazing helping me with my bookings! One of my favourite hostels definitely recommend :)

Great hostel . Beautiful vibes in there. It has a swimming pool, a voley beach , a bar , kitchen , everything!
The hostel has the vibes to meet a lot of people and at the same time if you just want to sleep , well you can for sure because the building is well designed and even if there are people partying in the bar. You won't hear almost anything. So it's great

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was amazing as the location is further out of town which in my opinion was heaps nicer and you still had a free service that would take you into town whenever. The common areas were amazing - super nice bar and pool!
The pool was cleaned by using chemicals so I would get very irritated skin and even swimmers itch if I didn't rinse off right away. There was only 1 main light in each room - no lights next to each bed which would make the hostel 10x better if they had that.

nice pool area, simple but clean rooms with good air con, good deals on beers at the bar, very nice staff :) very chill so it’s great for a longer stay or if you want something low key
our air con leaked a lot in our room so we’d wake up to a big puddle every morning. the staff helped us clean it up and manage the puddle but it wasn’t fixed while we were there.

it’s huge, it’s actually a resort not a hostel. Very clean. happy hour is $5 jugs beer and cider 3-4pm it’s awesome
it’s a little further away from the city but there’s a free shuttle bus that runs from 8am to midnight twice or three times an hour I didn’t even notice the distance after the first day, so not really a complaint

The staff were great, there was a shuttle bus service which ran from the centre to the hostel regular. Got free pancakes on Sundays they had a really good system in general for smooth running of the hostel, I feel if I was staying for longer I would of enjoyed my stay more as I only had a day and night there.
There were a lot of bugs which is expected of course but it's the only place I got bit really bad and I stayed for 1 night the other 2 places I stayed at I didn't even get bit, this could be maybe because they were further away from the centre, as I found they were very clean you can't control bugs at the end of the day they will go where they want to go. Not a complaint just a little note that j was bit.

Checkout was fast and I could finally leave this place!
Booked a 4 bed dorm for 8 nights. First night the A/C was working and on the second day it started leaking. Told the reception to send someone for repair, but the only thing they did was to bring a bucket…
Took 2 more days until a technician repaired the unit.
But even with the A/C the rooms smell mouldy and there’s no chance to get the humidity out of the room. No chance for a good nights sleep.
After 4 more or less sleepless nights in this steam sauna dorm I asked the receptionist to change to a privat room and get a refund for the pending nights in my dorm.
They offered me 3 nights in a private room (shared bathroom) for an additional unbelievable price of 500AUD with low chance of getting a refund for the nights in the dorm.
Frustrated about the obviously not very customer friendly/ solution-oriented receptionist I checked out without getting any refund and booked another much nicer place for 220AUD for 3 nights.
Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay in this place unless you are looking for some cheap nights in a mouldy dorm.
