Nothing we didn't like. You only have to factor that getting here requires a taxi or your own transport. Just factor that into your costs when you choose to stay here. But it's wonderful experience

The location is incredible and the staff are wonderful. Pasang is sincere and resourceful. He checked-in regularly before the trip to help plan and organize activities. Gelmu is a delight and made sure we were well fed and taken care of.

If I had to describe this resort in one word, my answer would be - SUPERB !! Our hosts, the entire Sherpa family went out of the way to make our stay enjoyable and they simply treated us as their family. The icing on the cake was a LITTLE BOMB of a three year old kid, who was more than a bundle of energy and extremely lovable. We will definitely try to visit again !

Though we do understand the difficulties of life in a remote village up in the hills, may be a little more needs to be done in extending the culinary choice. Our hosts DEFINITELY did their best that they could within the limitations of availability and on a second thought I am wondering whether I should have brought up this issue at all.

The location is amazing, you can see Annapurna mountain from there! We were happy to stay at this place. Special thanks to Pasang - the owner of this place and his family. He helped us a lot with recommendations about our trek and transfers. The food was very tasty at the restaurant of this hotel, interior is super authentic. We are so grateful that we stayed there and for this warm and helpful host.

very scenic, remote but easily accessible from Pokhara(suggest you use the airport pickup service provided through the hotel). On the top of a hill at 1800 feet with panoramic views of Annapurna Mountain range and the valley. This is a farm to table resort, all vegetables are grown on the property and surprisingly also have a tea garden which they grow and process on the property, which is flavorful and light. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. We got exposure to the extremely rural parts of Nepal, which my wife and I enjoy. The host was very knowledgeable about the area.

The outdoor restaurant was excellent. We are lucky to see the clear annapurna view from that place. The garden is also nice. The hotel staff were very cordial and friendly.

We got a message and phone call few hours ago of our check in day (+9779856048848, +9779856018848) from booking.com official contact number that due to covid affected staff they wanted to accommodate us to another hotel!! Later we found it was totally misdirected and all things is opened at the resort. Didn't expect such kind of scam from booking.com. People going to stay this resort should be careful about it. This incident made us very unsafe at this resort.

Club ES is a perfect spot for slow travel and for anyone who wants to get away from the city centre or the hustle and bustle of daily life in general. It's about an hour from the airport as well as Pokhara city, but the commute is possible through a taxi that Pasang, the owner, can arrange for you. Club ES is also closer to the start point for the Mardi Himal trek as well as for paragliding. On a clear day, you can clearly see all the snow-capped mountains from Club ES and you get a great view of the city of Pokhara down below as well. The rooms are cosy and well situated, with everyone getting their own cottages (with a view of the mountains). All rooms are equipped with hot water, a heater and extra blankets. For all your needs, Pasang and his family and team are always there to help you (including logistics for taxi, hiking trails and guides). They're genuinely good people and meeting them makes the experience of staying at Club ES even better.

Super friendly staff, the service was great. They welcome us warmly, and if we request anything, they are always ready to rise the hans to help. The breakfast was really good, clean room and bathroom, beds where comfortable and warm. If you love nature and love mountains, them, don't wait! This plece is really amazing, value for money. I would love to be back again.

Room needs better heating. Breakfast could be bigger and more variety. Mattress is a bit soft.

The location is away from the crowds at Pokhara lake. On a good day you have the exact view from the Australian Base Camp/Sarangkot Pasang Sherpa and his Dad are super helpful and will sort you out with itineraries, booking, adventure sports etc. There are a handful of trails passing by small villages filled with Himalyan bird life

We love our stay here so much! Great location with great mountain views, and we love to walk around the nearby villages. The owner Mr Sonam and family are maintaining the property well. Thanks to Mr Sonam to bring us to hike up to the kaskikot's palace at the nearby hill. Hope to visit again in future.

We will never get tired of the majestic views that this property gave us. This was the cherry on top of our entire trip in Nepal. The old guy, who received us warmly, was very nice and humble. The teenage girl who was serving all the food was also warm despite the language barrier. We learned that she was the one cooking all the meals and it was really tasty. Everything is worth the money and long trip from lakeside to Kasko.

I dare say Club ES Nepal is the very best in hospitality, amazing view of Annapurna Mountain range from rooms, and quality renovated and decorated rooms of international standard in Pokhara. This family run boutique hotel is beautiful in every way. The entire guesthouse area is fairy tale like. Being slightly away from the busy Pokhara City (30 min), it is the perfect accommodation for retreats and peace of mind. When staying in Club ES Nepal, we also got in touch with its rich cultural heritage. During our time, we are very fortunate to have Mr Sonam Sherpa, the owner, as our trekking guide. He is an amazing man whose remarkable life experience and personality has made our Ghorepani-Poonhill trekking experience a memorable one. I wholeheartedly recommend Club ES Nepal to anyone looking for amazing accommodation in Pokhara.

It'll be great to provide or have the option to rent an electric blanket. Although already the rooms are less cold in winter compared to all the tea houses I have lived in Nepal.
