Good location, close to the city center. Very green, well-kept, closed territory, a lot of flowers (unfortunately, the owners ask not to photograph it). Independent check-in-check-out according to instructions. We travel a lot, but for the first time we encountered convenient, personally directed, very detailed instructions through the Internet site. Convenient remote registration and check-in process using the personal code provided in the instructions. Parking near the apartment window in the courtyard. The apartments have everything to the last detail. This is also the first time we meet such a well-equipped kitchen. Detergents in the shower are natural, ecological.

Unusual location of the rooms - the entrance to the apartment starts from the bedroom, from it to the living room with the kitchen, and then to the shower room. The reason for this is the features of the old building. In the living room, the sofa is very low, almost on the floor - it is not convenient for us as a living room (at the same time, the bed in the bedroom is high and comfortable). There is no air conditioning. When it's hot, you need to keep the windows open, and there are no mosquito nets on them.

The apartment was really comfortable and clean, we had super good sleeps while we are very ‘sensitive sleepers’. They also provided a cot for our baby, which was also really nice. Check-in and out is really easy as you get a detailed guide and you can do it by yourself whenever it works for you. Thank you, we will definitely come back!

Fantastic place to stay in Graz.This is lovely,recently refurbished apartment situated in historical building of central Graz.The host was very helpfull and provided us with all clear instructions in advance (mind to read instruction with codes in advance).The address was easy to find, parking was secure and situated in yard.Easy keyless self check in system with gate/door opening by codes provided was convenient these days.The house was quiet,flat was clean and fully equipped,WiFi was running.There’s nothing to add but thank you!

I received the instructions in advance, it was quite a lot them and it´s better to prepare yourself to avoid surprises, opening the gate and the doors one after another was quite rewarding actually :-) Great is the position in the city and the possibilty to leave your car in front of the apartment inside the university area, this is a pefect service, that accomodation offers! All the usefull infrastructure is very close to the apartment, to the coffee-bakery you can walk in slippers, grocery shop, pubs and other services are reachable within 3-4 minutes comfortably by foot.

The indoor locking system is quite noisy, but it only is disturbing, when you want to leave the flat unspoted in the morning (when kids still sleep) to pick up fresh croissants from the bakery nextdoor, anyway it´s nothing to be scared of.

The location and apartment were perfect.
