The space is as shown and is nice. The home is right by the Nordic center making it easy to get into town and to the mountain.
The house is a bit of a hike from the base of the mountain but there’s a shuttle bus within a five minute walk.
Property manager was very communicative and always available.

This house is perfect for families -very well equipped - and convenient for both our Nordic and downhill skiers. Lovely view of X-country Nordic trails from large livingroom windows leading to deck. We'll be back!

We stayed for a week and skied everyday. The house was great. Loved the boot dryers in the garage and the hooks for gear and the ski racks. The hot tub was perfect after a day on the slopes. The kitchen was very well equipped and many food storage containers for leftovers!!!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better rental. We travelled with three couples and had more than enough room. The home was extremely clean, in a perfect location close to downtown and the ski resort, and the host was extremely helpful. 10/10 recommend. We will be back for sure.

We stayed here in early January 2024 for about a week and absolutely loved it! The details about the property were spot on, and we enjoyed the many amenities it had to offer. The boot and glove dryer in the garage definitely came in handy, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and dishes. We loved the location and convenience, as well. Additionally, our property manager, Jason, was fantastic and was always quick to respond to our concerns. The driveway was a bit slippery due to the snow/ice, but Jason immediately took action to resolve the issue. We truly appreciate his attentiveness during our stay. For those visiting here in the winter, I highly suggest you have a 4x4 vehicle to travel around in - we were so glad we did. Lastly, this property was built air tight to hold in the heat, so if it gets a little warm or stuffy use the many fans and humidifiers provided throughout the house.

Amenities decors & luxury living!
A short, getaway for my wife's birthday, was fantastic in Breckenridge. Convently away from Hussle/bustle normally associated with ski towns but conveniently close to town and recreation opportunities as well. Wonderful.
The amenities and decor of the home were outstanding and communication coordination with the owner was a breeze making overall resort like experience.
We utlized most of the amenities during our trip but be clear that there are more available catering to the larger family/groups and ski season visitor. Particularly lovely is the location the setting hot tub soaking bath fireplaces decor and small thoughtful touches throughout the home. Especially unique and pleasantly surprising our small touches more apt to see at resorts
Plenty of kitchen supplies to be immediately comfortable upon arrival thus eliminating the cost & inconvenience to go grocery shopping for certain bascs.
Overall 5-star in all aspects and 5+ stars for communication and responsiveness by the owner/manager - this is a can't miss property to enjoy your next stay in Breckenridge.

My husband and have stayed in many VRBO properties, this Breck townhome is wonderful. Clean, well appointed, short walk to town (included an uphill to the property-which helped after a hearty dinner), and very responsive property manager. He responded to promptly to questions and requests. We felt well taken care of and will be returning to this place if Breck is in our vacation plans for the future. This place helped make our vacation comfortable, stress free and memorable!

Our family always rents a home when we travel - 3 to 6 times a year. This home is far and above the best we have ever stayed in!!! For dining-in, it has everything you could imagine needing and more! The kitchen is amazingly well appointed (cabinet filled with seasonings and gas BBQ on the deck), the beds in all three bedrooms are very comfortable with a surplus of bedding and towels, an oxygen station and humidifiers are provided, highchair and booster seats for little ones, and there is a boot and glove warming station for skiers. It is close to Peak 8 for skiing and close to the shuttle for town shopping/dining. All of this is provided in a beautifully decorated home! If we ever return to Breckenridge, this will be our go-to home to rent for Grandma, 2 parents, and 3 grandchildren. It was perfect!!!

Loved the property. I knew we would and given the communication with Jason, the rental manager, we knew it we would be taken care of as well. The property backs up to the Nordic Center ski tracks and offers nice views of the skiers, woods and through the windows the trees and even one of the peaks! The neighborhood was very quiet and we barely saw people and it was a holiday weekend! We were just steps to the Nordic Center which we didn’t think would be a bonus, but we rented snow shoes one day and had a blast and they have a nice little bar for drinks at the end of the day and even live music. The shuttle was just 7-10 minute walk and was easy to hit Peak 7 or 8 each day. The kitchen was well equipped, easy to make meals a couple nights. Went to dinner and it was only 10 minutes to drive into town. The living room was cozy, and bedrooms did the trick for good sleep. Loved it and would stay again.

We had an amazing stay! Everything was as advertised.
The property was very clean and stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. We were just a short 3 or 4 minute walk to the free shuttle to the slopes. The hot tub was perfect after a long day on at the ski resort. The boot and glove dryers in the garage were a nice touch.

Everything was as described. The communication with Jason was as on point. He even sent us some links for discounts on equipment rentals. We had an amazing time on our trip and the house heavily contributed. Zero complaints.

My three sons (in there 20s) and I stayed here the first week of January. Beautiful weather, walked to shuttle to get to mountain, used free shuttle to Breckenridge Distillery. The duplex is decorated beautifully with great thought to what you need while vacationing. I'd highly recommend this property if you're headed to Breck.

We had such an amazing experience in Breckenridge. The Townhome was perfect. So clean, comfortable and spacious with amazing views. Jason went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

The Peak 8 townhouse was a fantastic place for my family. Jason thought of everything, including humidifiers for each room and an oxygen machine! We loved our visit and would definitely stay here again!

Perfectly set up for family stay. NOTHING was missing.
We spent a week in this property and it was the nicest place we have ever stayed in. The manager had answered all our questions promptly, double checked that the unit was ready and followed up to make sure we got in ok. The kitchen had everything we could need and then some and was well organized. Everything was in a perfect state of repair and ready to use. It was so nice, we never bothered going into town to eat, we spent all out time on the slopes or at the condo and had a perfect trip. We will be back again!

Very easy access to the slopes but would also be a great spot in the summer due to its location on the cucumber Gultch trails. If Nordic skiing if your thing can’t get closer to the nordic center. This home made our vacation better. Everything worked great and it was well thought out. The grill, WiFi, Apple TV, satellite, the kitchen appliances, the hot tub, etc... worked great! Having the snowboard and ski racks as well as the boot dryers was awesome and it allowed for us to keep things nice and tidy.
The location was great, a 3-4 minute walk to the shuttle and a 5 minute ride peak 7 and peak 8.
Just don’t rent this home on a week that I rent it!

This home made our vacation better. Everything worked great and it was well thought out. The grill, WiFi, Apple TV, satellite, the kitchen appliances, the hot tub, etc... worked great! Having the snowboard and ski racks as well as the boot dryers was awesome and it allowed for us to keep things nice and tidy.
The location was great, a 3-4 minute walk to the shuttle and a 5 minute ride peak 7 and peak 8.
Just don’t rent this home on a week that I rent it!

Perfect Peak 7 & 8 Location
We had an incredible time staying at this Alpine Outposts home. It was an easy walk to the Nordic Center and the Free Ride bus pickup. Took only a few minutes to ride up and down from Peak 7 and Peak 8 drop offs, and gave all of our team the autonomy to come back home when they wanted. It’s only a short drive or free ride down to downtown, and grocery stores and other amenities were close by. The house was clean, had all the kitchen necessities, and the comforts of home. It’s not a matter of if, but when, we will return! 100% recommend staying here.

Exceeds expectations
This place is immaculate. They have stocked plenty of everything, soaps, toilet paper, Kleenex, and even have items you hadn’t thought you needed but do. There are three different coffee machines, a soda streamer, water filter and more. The place was spotless and very comfortable with plenty of room for our family of five. The hot tub was pristine with privacy and a nice view. This house backs on to the Nordic trail so we had no houses or neighbors behind us. During the day we sat on the balcony and watched the cross country skiers and at night it was quiet with a beautiful view of the forest. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the bathrooms are spa like. Just a beautiful house. You won’t regret staying here. Not even 2 minutes to the drop off and gondola at Peak 8. Jason was so easy to work with and we had no trouble moving our April 2020 reservation to this year. It was so worth it!
