21Barra5 est une très, très belle adresse idéalement située à proximité d'Aoste, accessible en transport public (ligne 5) avec arrêt de bus sis à deux pas de la maison d'hôtes. Belle propriété arborisée et bordée d'un petit ruisseau canalisé (genre bisse valaisan), au calme et bien entretenue. Federica et Gérard sont accueillants, sympathiques, à l'écoute et de bons conseils; ce sont eux qui nous ont dirigés vers deux excellents restaurants dans les environs où nous nous sommes régalés. Nous avons occupé la jolie chambre n°4 à l'étage dotée des dernières technologies, avec mezzanine (espace nuit) et un large balcon donnant sur la vallée ; belle salle de bain également très propre avec grande douche moderne. Très bon petit-déjeuner varié de produits régionaux, de gâteaux faits maison et de fruits frais ; sur demande oeufs à la coque, au plat ou brouillés, omelette, plateau de spécialités de viandes et de fromages locaux. Nous avons pu stationner en sécurité nos vélos VAE dans une maisonnette fermée à l'arrière de la propriété jouxtant le grand parking gratuit. C'est là que nous retournerons !
Matelas un peu plus durs que ceux auxquels nous sommes habitués chez nous (mais cela reste anecdotique)

Struttura deliziosa: Moderna con il fascino e il calore della tradizionale. Posizione perfetta per passeggiate a piedi in bici e per spostarsi in auto. Camera silenziosa con spazio esterno verde e affaccio sulle montagne.

Un bellissimo posto, ristrutturato da poco, arredato bene. colazione ottima con prodotti tipici valdostani. parcheggio comodissimo, posizione comoda ad Aosta, appena fuori dal centro. e prezzo super conveniente!

Struttura accogliente e in posizione tranquilla, a pochi km dal centro di Aosta. Proprietari disponibili e molto gentili. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di beneficiare di un upgrade della stanza, potendo quindi soggiornare in una suite molto spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort. Colazione varia, sia dolce sia salata con ingredienti di ottima qualità. Il 21Barra5 è un ambiente molto raffinato e moderno, attento all’ospite e all’ambiente. Super consigliato

Everything was perfect! For us was the second time staying there and we will always pick it whenever we will visit Aosta. No words for this accomodantion and everything at a low low price, i can t believe that this even exist.

struttura nuovissima e molto bella, arredata con gusto e molto confortevole. Stanza spaziosa, al piano terra un piccolo dehor con giardinetto e tavolino e 2 sedie. Ottima la colazione, dolce e salata (a richiesta). Posizione tranquilla, un ristorante ed una pizzeria raggiungibili a piedi, altrimenti a pochi minuti di macchina Aosta centro. Prorietari/gestori cortesi e gentili. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, assolutamente consigliato

This property is exquisite! Modern, comfortable and designed with intentionality to the smallest detail. Service was superior-Federica and Gerard provided delicious and satisfying breakfast as well as help when our other plans fell through in addition to sharing personal and local history! We didn't have a chance to use the included bicycles, but would have loved to ride into Aosta. Ample parking was such a blessing-hadn't had this ease at any other stay this trip. Lawn and gardens were beautiful and the robot mower kept us entertained!
That we had to leave after only 2 nights! We will come back (or send our adult children!)

We stayed 2 nights at the guesthouse and had a very pleasant stay. A modern house with beautiful large rooms in a quiet neighborhood and very friendly owners. Breakfast was perfect. It is almost a pity that we didn't really have time to use the terrace since we wanted to get to know the area. We had slight troubles to find the guest house since the address on Booking is not very precise, but once you know it is in "Gressan" you just drive through the village on the main road until the sign shows up and leads you up a small street.

This is without doubt the best b&b we’ve ever been to, and we’ve traveled a lot. It’s almost a small five star hotel for a very cool price. The owners tried to think of everything that would make their guests comfortable. The construction itself and all the furniture are new and of very high quality. The daily cleaning service is impeccable. The breakfast should please everyone: including fresh fruits, yoghurts, nuts and granola, eggs how you like them and high quality cheeses and charcuterie, besides a good selection of sweet Italian cakes and pies. The owners speak multiple languages, help you with selecting restaurants, walks and other activities, and check-in times are quite flexible. Private parking is included and convenient. Rooms are very spacious, have airconditioning and a private terrace. The owners even provide some bikes free of charge which we used to drive to the city center (a few kilometers). And very important: very large high quality beds. If you’re not happy here, that says a lot about you.

This property is exceptional. Designed and built with care and flair, it is eco friendly and great value for money. You will need a car if travelling to the area, so access to the property should be easy. The owners are very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast is exceptional as well. It ticked all our boxes and we absolutely recommend a stay here.

The rooms are very clean. The beds are perfect, very comfortable. 21Barra5 is situated in a quiet spot.
