This property is in an amazing location between the two Cottonwood canyons. 20 minutes each way to Snowbird/Alta or Brighton/Solitude. Couldn't ask for anything better. The communication from the owner/property manager was excellent, the house was very clean, and we had everything we needed. The only negative thing I could say is that the house could use some updating. I think the bathrooms are the same as when the unit was built (1980's?) and the beds are getting a little worn. Seemed as if maybe the kitchen had a redo in the last 20 years(?), but it might be time to redo some things like the bathrooms and replace some furniture. I've rented other units in this complex and they are more up to date. Everything still worked perfectly it's just aesthetically it could use a makeover. So, if that's not that important to you this is the place to go! Close to skiing, the supermarket and restaurants, and the management staff and cleaning crew go out of their way to be helpful.

This property is exactly as described. Perfect location, well appointed, very clean and responsive owners. We had everything that we needed to enjoy our Ski vacation! Word of advice….on a powder day get to the resorts( Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton) by 7a.m. To avoid traffic and parking nightmares!

The property was nicely a quiet townhome, with garage, hot tub and plenty of space. Centrally located off of Wasatch Blvd and allows the selection to each of the canyons that serve Snowbird/Alta or Brighton and Solitude with ease. Close to grocery stores and restaurants.

This is a comfortable large condo in a great location. The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts have been fantastic. I stayed here for six weeks in the fall of 2022 and will definitely come back should I ever need SLC accommodations in the future. Awesome location for a spring break ski trip with our 2 kids. Both canyons plus the park city area all within an easy drive allowed us to explore places where the snow was best given the changing weather conditions. Driving up the canyons (4WD) was never a problem even after 18” of fresh snow. If it had been we had easy access to the bus. Bonus was easy access to cottonwood area restaurants, grocery stores, ski rentals, etc. Unit was as described and very comfortable. We enjoyed the spa, gas fireplace, and large jetted tub after skiing. The park was nice for a short walk or for the kids to hit the playground. Only slight downside was no restaurants in walking distance, and master bedroom and backyard look away from mountains (vs the 2 front bedrooms that have views). These are very tiny “nits” - we would definitely stay here again. Great communication with owners as well!

Second time staying here to access Snowbird and Alta. Perfect location, plenty of grocery stores and restaurants around and only 15 minutes to Snowbird unless it's a powder day.

Diane was very accommodating host and responsive. Beautiful and well kept property with everything you could need for your stay. Great location for skiing at the local mountain and very well price. Will stay again next time Im in the area.

Great location to the Cottonwoods! However, the property is on its last leg. Not sure how this property has some many positive reviews. We stayed for 2 weeks and got to know the property well. Owner needs to put some TLC and money into this rental. Exterior shows signs of shoddy repairs. The sink faucet in the first-floor bathroom was leaking. The sink in the primary bathroom was clogged. The deteriorating deck out back was sketchy and felt like you were going to fall through. The yard was a mess and had not been cleaned up for some time. Nor was the yard fully fenced in. The jacuzzi was hot, however, only half the jets work, due to the adjustment being broken. The jacuzzi cover assist bar is broken and makes the cover a pain to open and close. The garage was full of dirt and was not swept out prior to our arrival. The kitchen was fully stocked and had decent appliances, which allowed for some meals to be prepared. The gas range didn’t completely work as only one burner pilot was lit. The beds were okay at best. The furniture throughout the house fit the theme, old and worn out. The 2 leather recliners were nice and comfortable treat though. All in all, this unit was overpriced, dark, worn out and needs a lot of help. I would not stay here again or recommend anyone I know to stay here.

We stayed here while we renovated our home nearby. It was great! The location is wonderful between Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. There is a park literally outside the back gate. The townhome is very comfortable and has everything you need to cook and relax. I would definitely recommend staying here! It would be perfect for a ski vacation also!

My wife, adult daughter and I met in Salt Lake City for a ski week and were excited about this location. The instructions to enter the property were received early and used, but they didn't work. We couldn't get in to the condo. After a quick call to Diane the problem was immediately remedied. Diane was very responsive when we experienced a plumbing problem. A plumber came immediately to remedy the issue. The condo was spacious and as advertised. The location was absolutely perfect for visits to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. The hot tub was wonderful for use every day after skiing. The only issue we had was with the cookware, as very little was non-stick and required significant scrubbing after each use. We would definitely use this property again.

The property was great for our ski vacation. Very clean, kitchen was well appointed, tv was great. Beds were comfortable. Diane, one of the owners, was very quick to respond. It is conveniently located between the cottonwood canyons and easy access to food/liqour shopping and the airport. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Owner was very helpful during the Presidential inauguration debacle with VRBO. The property is very convenient to all 4 Cottonwood ski areas. Clean and safe location. We had three people on our trip and it accommodated us perfectly. We will Surely pay a visit again.

Smack dab between the two canyons, you are 20-30 min from 4 great ski mountains, all on the Ikon pass. Everything works great, the owners and property manager are very nice and responsive. Would stay here again.

Everything was as shown in the pictures and the property is in a great location for trips to both Alta/Snowbird and Solitude/Brighton. Diane was very responsive and provided some great advice about SLC.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was clean and roomy. It was well stocked but the grocery store was just down the street when you needed something. The location was perfect! We were there for my son’s wedding and we were just a few minutes from everything. The owner was great to work with and easy to reach if you needed anything. I highly recommend the Cottonwood Condo. We would love to stay there again!!

This place worked great for our family while we stayed here for four months. There is a park literally in your backyard that has a great walking path and a playground w/ tennis courts. Our kids played out there daily. The owner of the property Diane is GREAT to work with. We left things behind accidentally, stayed a little later than our checkout time, and accidentally broke their coffee table. She was as sweet as can be about all of it (thank goodness for damage deposits and urgent cares who do beautiful stitches haha!) and helped us to have a seamless transition in and out of the house. As far as the actual house goes, it was very cozy and homey. It is a great layout for families! I do think that the people who come to clean at the beginning and end could do a better job of maintenance for them (ie. mopping, carpet cleaning, etc.).Overall though, the house is in a great location at the base of the mountains and has all the bells and whistles you need to be comfy.

The condo was located convenient to a variety of ski resorts. We like to try several of them on one trip. The accommodations were great for our group. Enjoyed the hot tub after skiing. Would definitely stay here again.
