Bienvenido a nuestro condominio Ledges (unidad 10310). Este condominio está ubicado justo en el canal principal con impresionantes vistas desde el balcón, sala de estar y dormitorio principal. Nuestro condominio está muy bien decorado y equipado con todo lo que necesita para una experiencia relajante y agradable de vacaciones en el lago. The Ledges está cerca de todo lo que Osage Beach tiene para ofrecer. Ir de compras está cerca. Hay muchos restaurantes para satisfacer todos los gustos. El balcón cubierto proporciona un refugio del calor del día y el ventilador de techo genera una brisa refrescante para esas tardes y noches. Por la noche, escuche el agua que golpea la orilla mientras reflexiona sobre las divertidas actividades del día.
El dormitorio principal tiene cama king size con todos los muebles nuevos con cable / tv. Se adjunta un baño con doble lavabo y combinación de bañera / ducha. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama Queen size con literas y televisión por cable. Para esos huéspedes adicionales tenemos un sofá cama (tamaño Queen) en la sala de estar. (Nuevo sofá cama y love seat bajo pedido) También ofrecemos wifi gratis.
Nuestra cocina está totalmente equipada para todas sus necesidades de cocina o barbacoa. Tenemos una parrilla de gas en el patio. Entonces, enciende la parrilla, siéntate y mira pasar todos los barcos.
Suministramos todas las toallas de papel, papel higiénico, bolsas de basura, jabones de manos, geles de baño, jabones y vainas de cocina, jabón para lavar ropa.

Came to relax. No alarms, no schedule. All was wonderful... except bed was too tall... had to use the stepladder to get into the bed.

Our first time to the Ozarks was great- so much to do. Property had everything that you needed. Check in check out process was excellent. Plenty of space for our family of four. The pool at the entrance is heated and way warmer then the pool closest to this unit. We would definitely use this Property again and would recommend it. There are a few things that would have made the experience a little bit more enjoyable:
1. The deck was covered in cobwebs and dead bugs, i would definitely add that to get cleaned.
2. As others had mentioned the bed was so high it would take me a couple tries to climb in- im average height. The bed frame and headboard need tightened or changed, with every turn it would shake and hit the wall.
3. The couch sinks when you sit in it, my husband and I mostly sat on the loveseat.
4. Adding ice cube trays to be filled for the next renters would be great as well.
Again, we enjoyed our stay and would use this Property again.

Overall we had a delightful time and a fabulous experience in this rental. The views from the master and the balcony deck were amazing!
The large couch could stand an upgrade though. It is a sleeper sofa but when you sit on it, you sink about 6 inches and it is uncomfortable. The loveseat was much better. The unit could also use some oven mitts. I had to use towels to get our dinner out of the oven. However, if you aren't using the oven, everything else was great - comfy beds, enough towels, kitchen gadgets/pans were all wonderful.

We showed up late and couldn't access email to get in. The lady answered and gave us the code at 1am!!! The view is amazing. It was just what i needed. The only thing i didn't like is the fireplace don't work. The other condos have new electric fireplaces for the same price. The couch is too uncomfortable to sit on needs new cushions or replaced. And the master bed was so high i could barely climb in very firm, almost too firm for comfort.

We stayed here during New years weekend with our two kids and in-laws. The condo is beautiful and very clean and the view is unbeatable. Check in process was very simple and the hosts were available to help answer any questions. Would highly recommend!!

Beautiful and Peaceful Lake View
We really enjoyed our stay at the Ledges. The view was spectacular!! Condo had everything we needed. The house itself was very clean. Only thing needing attention was the grill. It was very dirty & old. Burners need to be changed out. Other than that we had an awesome time. Will certainly recommend to others and hope to come back ourselves in the future!!

Nice trip
We arrived a little before the 4pm check in, and expected to wait until 4pm to check in but the condo was still being cleaned so we weren't able to check in until they were done about 4:30. So the wait was a bit of a bummer. Condo was very nice and roomy, with excellent view of the lake from the balcony. Beds were comfortable and showers had good water pressure. Lots of closet room, but bring hangers if you will have clothes to hang up (no hangers provided). We enjoyed the pool and fishing from the docks. Overall, we had a good time and would stay again.

Spring Fever
This was a quick get-away we planned after this past covid year. It was just what we needed. Nearby shopping, restaurants, and of course, the lake!! Awesome views! We love the Ledges!

Mother/daughter get away
Upon arriving the only complaint would be it should be marked third number 10 building and should have easier access to the key that opens the door. Other than that it was remarkably clean and had everything needed for our 10 day stay. Would definitely rent again. The view was beautiful and very relaxing.

Disappointing arrival
We arrived about 3:50 and check in was 4 pm. The condo had not been cleaned. We called the property manager who then sent the cleaning service. They did arrive and we were able to move in at 5:10 instead of 4 PM. Not a good way to start your trip :(. ( No masks used by the cleaning service) I asked for a 50 dollar refund because if we left late we would be fined 50 dollars. Request was declined. Condo does have an excellent view. However .when we return I will look for different property ,management when we book a condo.
