Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy sofas. We brought paper towels, TP hand soap, and we didn’t need to. The only thing was only 3 wash clothes, should be at least 6, and maybe more bath towels. Would stay here again.

The property was "as advertised" with no unwelcome surprises. It was very clean and well maintained. Being foodies, the kitchen was a bit tight for more than two people, but it was well stocked with the proper utensils and the gas stove was a bonus! The location is perfect--less than 5 mins from TC and a short walk to the Skylandia beach. The property manager O'Neal Assocs. was very accomodating and helpful. Everyting was great and we would highly recommend this place!

The location of the property was great; walking distance to the beach and 5 min drive to the stores like Safeway and restaurants, and a pool and tennis court in the premises. The property was nice and clean. We visited last week and the weather was perfect. We had a good stay!

This was the perfect place for our stay. Location is really close to Tahoe City. Great floor-plan felt spacious and gave our kids their own bedrooms. Super clean and well stocked. Plows came often to handle days of heavy snow. Would have been nice to have a king bed in the primary bedroom. All the mattresses were very firm.

I had a great experience at this vacation rental. The condo complex is located just outside of Tahoe city downtown in a quiet neighborhood a short drive off the main road. It is easy to access Safeway and Palisades without driving on steep roads which is helpful during winter storms. Inside the unit, there are three bedrooms with doors that close. Good mattress. All appliances are modern and functioning well. The kitchen has a complete set of cookware/tableware including nonstick pans in great condition. The internet speed was 61 Mbps download and 11 up.The staff was responsive and helpful over email when we needed to extend our stay to avoid a winter storm. Overall my party was very satisfied with our stay. I would be happy to visit this condo again for my future ski trips.

This townhouse is in a convenient location. It is in a quiet neighborhood, and you have access to the pool, tennis courts, sauna, hot tub. The house is clean and well stocked with everything you need to make it a home away from home. Kitchen has all the things you need to prepare a good meal ( if you are a good cook, you need to bring some of your favorite spices and ingredients). The house also has a small deck in the back yard with a BBQ grill for your outdoor enjoyment. We definitely consider coming back if we have a chance.Side note: the trashbin is locked after 9pm and won’t be opened until 8:30 am. We had to leave early (6am) so we took the trash with us and dropped it at one of the rest area trashbin. It is somewhat inconvenient that the guests have to bring trash to the trashbin!

The amenities in the condo were skimpy. There was only 1 wash rag, 3 bath towels, 2 pool towels. There wasn’t any spices. (Places we have previously stayed at always had spices.). We did have a great weekend

Wonderful condo. With comfy beds and nice sheets; stocked with plates, glasses, cups, pots/pans and everything a kitchen would need. Condo was spotless when we arrived. Easy self check in. We’ve been going to Lake Forest Glen, different condos, since kids were little, over 30
years ago. Not sure when this condo was remodeled but excellent job. Great location, seems on quieter side but that could just be when we were there. Communication great. Definitely would book again. Next year!

We had a great stay here! The house was comfy, clean and spacious. We had everything we needed. Our only complaint was someone took the parking spot right in front of the house while we were out. We called just to let someone know and didn't receive a call back. Not a big deal but some sort of parking enforcement would be great. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again!

Great spot for our family of 4 to spend the week. The house was clean, cozy and comfortable. The cul de sac had room for the kids to play outside. It is walking distance to the lake, a bakery and park. A short drive from all the North Lake amenities and adventures. We will definitely be back.

My three complaints are:1. some paper towels might be nice.2. Would have been nice to have a remote for the TV, no where to be found.3. Had some trouble with them charging my card, but that was because my bank thought it was fraud at first. That was my banks fault and the property management completely helped me. 10/10 would rent again. My friends and I loved it! Had everything we needed. So clean :) we would love to rent again. When we checked-in into this town house the house looked quite clean and cozy. But there was no warm water in the bathroom. The water was very cold, no way to take a shower in this extreme cold in late December. We have adjusted the water temperature on the heater. Then, it turned out that the refrigerator was leaking and the top shelves were completely filled with water. I was constantly wiping the shelves. The last straw was when I saw a mouse in the kitchen. It first ran one way under my feet, then the other. After that, my children and I could no longer stay in this house. So we took off 2 days before the check-out date. As I was told by property manager after I texted him, they having area wide mice issues. How come nobody informed us about that?

Clean, comfortable and short walk to skylandia beach, this vacation rental was a great find. Rooms are spacious. Outdoor deck is nice. We only went to the pool once as the pool was a bit chilly and hot tub was not open. However we walked to the bakery and skylandia multiple times. Also conveniently located a short drive from Tahoe city. Only cons were to consider updating floors (carpet has seen some wear) and consider more lighting in the living room area (was a bit dark).

We will definitely rent again and would recommend to others! The townhouse itself is on a quiet cul-de-sac with area around for kids to explore without annoying neighbors. Inside was clean, well furnished and spacious. We spent 3 nights/4 days and didn't feel "on top of eachother". Comfy beds, plush towels and a well stocked kitchen. It's right across from a state park that has a path down to the lake with a beach and dock. Close to the grocery store, restaurants and lake toy rentals. Loved our time in this little mountain oasis!

Great weekend getaway
We had a great time renting this condo for a long weekend! Not only did it have a fireplace and access to a hot tub (our two main requirements), it was also 5, maybe 10 minutes walk to the lake itself. It’s also close to Skylandia Park, etc, if you’re looking for a nice walk.
The rooms were great, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the TV was kitted out with all the services you’d want. (PS the audio R&D engineer with me was particularly pleased with the quality of the home speakers in the dining and living rooms.)
Plus it was really close to Tahoe City’s main strip and a fantastic breakfast spot (Sugar Pines). And while didn’t go skiing/snowboarding ourselves, we met a few snowboarders here who were happy with how convenient the neighborhood was if you were going on the mountain.
tl;dr would book again.

October Delight
Our trip to Tahoe City was planned within a week. We were so lucky and very pleased with our accommodations for three adults for our 2-week stay.. The condo was wonderfully clean and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. Our son, who has lived in Tahoe City for a number of years, was undergoing shoulder surgery. Lake Forest was ground zero to care for him. We recommend this condo especially for four people, but it would certainly comfortably accommodate six. We did not have one issue, and appreciated the proximity to Tahoe City's downtown and all that the Lake provides...including the very large black bear that lumbered across the downtown street, badly limping! We look forward to returning to this Lake Forest condo in the future. Also, we appreciated the direct attention from management with our every question. Very worthy rental.

Did not have clear communication if or there was a key avaliable. for garbage bins, so we had to leave garbage in condo kitchen.
Extra green towels had been left rin dryer, not finding that until end of stay.
Otherwise stay was wonderful.
