Da cozinha, da localização e de ser um prédio bom.
Os quartos não tem armário ou cômodas, nada para deixar os pertences. E um cheiro muito forte de urina toma de conta de toda a propriedade.

Location was great and apartment was well fitted out, comfy and cosy
Really needs a real good deep clean and some basic cosmetic maintenance done to really lift it to the next level eg mould in the bathroom, wall paper lifting, couch a bit smelly. Also a tea towel in the room would be great

Ground floor. We rented 2 apartments opposite each other. I was relieved to be able to find somewhere which could accommodate 9 people when my original booking was cancelled 24 hours before we due to arrive for my daughter's wedding.
There was only bedding for 4 people when I had booked the flat for 5. I had to call and someone brought the bedding. The sofa bed was pretty filthy. There were no tea towels, washing up liquid or any way of washing up. There were a lot of noisy people hanging round the entrance late at night. I felt quite vulnerable with the window open but it was a very hot night.

It's a very quiet location, with easy access to the city centre. There's a Tesco Express nearby and two good pubs, The Haymakers and The Green Dragon.

The bathroom lock was broken and no toilet roll was available and dishes washed liquid.

firstly, we had to be moved to a different apartment because of a problem with Keys. That was not Acceptable as it meant waiting several hours to gain entry
apartment was pleasant but needed a freshen up and a good clean. Also some
supplies were not available but were provided when we asked.

Everything needed, was provided in the apartment. Only 30 minute walk from centre.
Check-in was a nightmare, had email saying 2pm, didn't get the key til 6pm.
Unorganised booking and checkin.

shower was broken and they didnt get it fixed for the whole 5 day stay so we couldnt wash properly, states 2 bedrooms but both beds are in the living room and the mattress on the sofabed was shocking so i had to buy a mattress topper because apparently they dont need to make a bed comfortable. the staff on messages were rude and to top it off they kept my full damage deposit because the bins were full and we left a stella artois box on the side. their excuse was that we had damaged the property but could not provide me with any pictures of said damage and we broke house rules by having a lager.

Area is quiet
Place is terrible and dirty. Mattress is old, terrible night. You need to do a lot of paperwork, sign a contract, pay an extra deposit in a link that doesn't work, at the end has to do a bank transfer. It took an hour to deal to get access to the flat. This is the worst experience I had in booking. The place is dirty and very uncomfortable. All furniture is dating and the flat smells.

The place wasn't well maintained. In the room there was only one chair and it was broken; the curtains were half hanging from their supports, of the three windows it was possible to own only one. There was only one night lamp. The bed was flimsy and uncomfortable. There was no soap and one toilet roll for a stay of two weeks (we booked the second week through a different website).
In theory, the apartment should have been cleaned between the first and the second week but they didn't clean until we called them asking to do the cleaning. We had to explicitly ask for toilet paper (as if it was weird to need some in the room) and to change the only towel they provided (bear in mind, the room was booked for 2 people).
The customer service was also quite disappointing: before the stay, I had to call various times because their convoluted way of taking payments didn't work and I wasn't able to make the payment. During the stay, I had to call again multiple times before being able to talk to someone to ask for the cleaning.
All in all, the only good thing of the place is the location.

We booked the studio apartment for 4 persons but it’s a max 3 person accommodation! The couch was 1.2 mtr wide, so not for 2 pers to sleep in, so one person slept on the floor. There were no chairs to sit on (not even dining chairs), and we used the small sidetables as chairs. Old, worn down interiour. Bed matress died already 20 years ago! Too expensive for what it is worth. Will not return…

Spacious apartment with plenty of facilities
It was the most complicated and annoying check in. I had to fill forms send ID even though I booked it via booking and on top of that I had to pay a securing deposit otherwise my booking wouldn't be guaranteed. Now I paid the price for the room which is absolutely normal however I have 150 pounds kept for another 14 days until they are released back onto my account and honestly I don't see the point. I understand that if I have caused any damage in the property or lost the keys I have to pay for it but that can be done afterwards since they have my details from the platform and not in advance in case anything happens. Also when I booked the flat via the app didn't know that I have to fill extra forms and pay the securing deposit in advance, it was a surprise after I had pay for it. Honestly if I knew I wouldn't bother whilst traveling to come to Cambridge trying to fill forms. It kinda cost me double the price for no reason. Definitely not booking it again

Second of two apartments both hadn't been cleaned, the kitchen facilities were deplorable, nothing was PAT tested, there was no information of `how to' fire procedure/TV use, waste removal. etc.

The two bedroom apartment could fit 6 people comfortably. Location is good and price is relatively low. Apartment was clean and was comfy
Shampoo was provided but soap was not. Bathroom could not be locked, contacted Payman club by email and they ignored me after the solution they suggested didn't work.
On the last day, the cleaner came at 11am while our stated check out time was 1pm. Payman clubs then contacted me to say that a 1pm checkout time was an extra charge. However, I wasn't told beforehand and all the previous email correspondence mentioned a 1pm checkout time. We were then forced to pack and check out immediately by 12pm as the cleaner was not happy to wait. I was also told that I would be charged £10 for the 12pm checkout but that hasn't happened yet

We checked in 6, only found 2 pillows with cases. Although we've been told that pillow cases will be provided first evening, we ended up checking out 2 days later and still no sign of pillow cases.
Dirty. Dirty dirty. Spiderwebs everywhere, dirt on floors under chairs, tables, armchairs. Disgusting the state we found the place. We left it much much much cleaner than found. Terrible service. Edit: we did inform about the issues on day one of the stay and have been told amends would be made on day 2, but nothing has happened.

Location was good, The apartment was generally fine, but it felt unloved because of the cleanliness issues.
Not enough chairs at dinner table. Not enough seating in lounge area. Large stain on carpet made it feel unloved. Bathroom door lock did not work. Cutlery missing. Very squeaky beds kept us awake at night. The booking process was unnecessarily long and complicated. Far more than we've ever had before with anyone else. We had to put down a £150 deposit, although we did get this back straight away.

The location was excellent for our purposes. It was close to where we needed to be in Cambridge a short and pleasant riverside walk away. It is in the pleasant village suburb Chesterton.
Even before we arrived the owners wanted a number of extra forms to be filled in, mostly with information they already had. When we arrived we found the room had dirty washing in and clearly had not been prepared. We phoned up to be told that we had been given the wrong information and should have been in a different appartment. We went there. The first thing was a rather unpleasant stain on the entrance carpet. Generally the flat was unclean, not encouraging during a pandemic! Dirty surfaces, cobwebs on light fittings, a generally grubby appearance. The teapot still had tea leaves in it. The was a piece of broken glass in the toilet bowl! The kitchen was very poorly equipped. There was no oven glove or tea towel. No kitchen soap. No bread knife, only 2 tea spoons and so on. These are not much to ask for.

When arriving we was left standing out side of two hours.then to be told that we was being evicted due to noice when we wasn’t even in was at our event

Very lumpy beds. Kids wer fighting over who got to sleep on the floor - the living room carpet was more comfortable.
