Recientemente renovado, un apartamento de un dormitorio cerca del centro de la ciudad (Broadway), a poca distancia de las atracciones y restaurantes. Decorado con recuerdos de la música country y la decoración de la granja, todos los muebles nuevos en abril de 2019. Cómoda cama tamaño king y muy cómodo sofá cama tamaño queen (sin barrotes, colchón viscoelástico). Bien surtido con platos, utensilios de cocina, ropa de cama. Internet rápido y seguro. Estacionamiento gratis. Lavadora secadora. Empaca y juega para los más pequeños. Plancha, tabla de planchar, secador de pelo y ropa de cama.

The property itself is very nice. The room was very clean and had all essentials that we needed. I highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Nashville

When my family arrived the condo had not been cleaned. The owner was very responsive and had the cleaning lady there within 15 minutes but requested 2 hrs to clean. After traveling for 10 hours we just wanted to relax. When we returned we were satisfied with the cleanliness of the unit.
We were extremely disappointed to also see that the pool was out of commission. Someone had broken glass in it and it had to be drained. We had booked this condo for the guitar shaped pool and there was no communication prior to our arrival that the pool was closed. This was one of the main activities our family planned on doing and would have booked at a different location with a pool had we been informed.
The Internet was spotty and when we watched movies there was a lag. Also a neighbor had a dog that barked often. The owner was responsive and did provide a discount. It was overall one of the worst vacations we have had. We ended up leaving a day early due to the pool still not being full and it being 96 degrees and humid.

The condo was extremely clean, well organized and had everything you would need for a great stay. Walking distance from the gulch and a short Uber ride to Broadway.

This property was perfect. The location was perfect. The instructions to check in and check out were very clear. Overall, we loved staying there and would definitely stay again if we are back in Nashville.

We stayed here for 4 days for our first time to Nashville and it was amazing. The location was great and close to everything we wanted to do. It was short and inexpensive Uber rides to go anywhere. The owner Carlos was so great to deal with and if we come back will never stay anywhere else

My partner and I stayed with Carlos at this property and as property managers, we were impressed. The home was very clean and Carlos worked with me to plan a surprise for my partners birthday! Definitely a stay for the books. It was centerally located in Midtown so we were able to walk to all of our excursions and restaurants. We will be staying here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Nashville and more specifically your unit at 11 Music Square E. The unit was comfortable, clean, nicely decorated, and within walking distance of downtown and the sites of Music Square.

Great location just slightly away from the hustle and bustle. Has several bars and restaurants within walking distance. Ran into a celebrity right down the street! Walked around at night and felt safe and there were many others doing the same. Would absolutely book again coming back to Nashville.

We had a great long weekend in Nashville for our Honeymoon! The apartment was perfect - Clean, Quiet and Safe. Carlos was very accommodating! Will definitely book again when we return to Nashville.

Nice, clean, and updated condo. Building is on the older side, but still decent. One parking spot provided, which is good for downtown. Owner provided all information as needed. Nice place to stay.

We really enjoyed staying at Condo 406 in Spence Manor. It was within walking distance to Broadway, grocery stores and so much more. This condo contained everything needed for a comfortable and safe stay in Nashville. Highly recommend. Thanks to our awesome hosts.

35 min walk from broadway (main bar strip) but plenty close to many other restaurants, bars, and shopping. Very much enjoyed our stay. Parking under ramp was easy even with our pick up.

This property was clean and very nice. There were no surprises. We walked were we needed to go most of the time. We did get a $6 Uber ride to The Ryman. Great music and great time.

The condo was just as advertised. It was very clean and decorated in a Country Music theme. The immediate surrounding area was a little sketchy, but it was within walking distance to many activities and sites. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

This was a great place for us group of girls, the location was decent. There were a few nights you could hear live music from a bar down the street late into the evening, but the walk wasn’t too bad to downtown areas and Ubers were well priced for us. The couch was nice to sleep on and the bathroom was HUGE! Great for 3 of us getting ready at the same time. We loved having the washer & dryer as well! Overall we enjoyed our stay in Nashville!

Uber to Broadway is under $10. There are nice bars and restaurants close by that we enjoyed, but then we also took Uber rides to Broadway. Best of both worlds here.

Nice place within 1 mile of the gulch and downtown Nashville. We were able to walk the distance, but a little closer would have been nicer, but the walk was easy and traffic was not too bad to walk. Overall nice place to stay and plenty of places to eat and go for a drink nearby within 1/2 mile.

The condo was in excellent condition just like pictures! Check in was easy with Carlos sending us info beforehand. Also, free parking was a plus. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. Just a couple minute walk to bars on music row. Took 20-25 minutes to walk downtown to Broadway but worth it! We would definitely stay there again!!

My husband and I spent 3 nights here, very convenient location to Nashville sights and sounds, Vanderbilt U., Music Row, and Gulch. Condo was very clean, quiet and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the ability to walk and have covered parking for our vehicle. Excellent communication with owner before, during and after our stay. Definitely recommend!

The condo was actually as described. Very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable bed. Minor mechanical issues, but the property owners were very responsive getting the issue resolved.

This property is in a perfect location whether you want to walk or Uber to Broadway, it’s easy access. The email that Carlos sends out prior to your stay is very informative/helpful. He states that he does not provide shampoo or conditioners, but during our visit 5/23 there was plenty left over. We have absolutely nothing negative to say. Thanks Carlos!

Stayed here for a long weekend while visiting our daughter at Vanderbilt. It was a 5 minute walk to her apartment. Walked almost everywhere the whole weekend. Apartment was very clean and comfy. Enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay here again.
