Stayed at this address before! Love the house! But there were things at the house that should have been addressed before we showed up to start our vacation. The fire pit didn't work! The pool area we spent 2hrs cleaning and the grill was absolutely nasty, with no grill brush to clean. Broken dresser draw and toilet paper holder! And though most of the issues were resolved after a text to the office. I believe that these problems should have been corrected before we arrived! Put a small damper on our enthusiasm at first, but after the first day great vacation!

Beautiful house. Plenty of room. Loved the screened porch. Loved the pool. House was clean. Liked the half bath upstairs.
Suggest more large Pyrex cooking dish. Could not figure out how to operate TVs in the bedrooms. House was farther than I thought from pool area. Overall great place to stay.

This beautiful beach home was spacious and conveniently located near shopping and beaches. The private pool was an added plus! I love how the owners ensured we had luxurious towels and bedding too. Will definitely stay again!

Great property! Aside from the furniture on the screened in back deck needing a good cleaning, we loved everything about this place. Short walk to the resort pool and beach. Fitness center doesn’t open until 8 am, so plan ahead. Location was perfect for staying at the resort or leaving to enjoy all of Myrtle Beach.

The second we turned into the neighborhood the kids my wife and myself was amazed, the house was breath taking the resort itself had so many pools and the beach was literally right there. Had a few issues mainly not knowing how to work a few things. Maintenance came before we even started unpacking. All around wonderful experience

I Love the open space, Didn’t like the furniture, was not comfortable, more for young people, and not heavy people, The porch off from the kitchen was not clean the lamp above the dining room table wasn’t clean. It was dusty. that heat was not working. The icemaker was not working. I text them and told them about these things and they was quick to come out and fix it love love the location and love the house!!! overall, I enjoyed my stay

Overall beautiful home. Loved the master was own it’s own floor and plenty of places to hang out. Shuttle service was amazing. Cleaning crew needs to be a little more thorough - dusty fans, dishwasher full on arrival, used floss picks on the floor. I will totally book again

We loved this home! It was beautifully decorated but still with a coastal feel. Very large home. Comfortable beds and furniture in all the rooms. Loved the screened in porch and pool. Would love to stay here again. Recommend without hesitation. The pictures don’t do it justice. Easy walk to the pool and beach.

We really enjoyed our stay in North Beach Resort and Villas. The house was perfect for our family. The resort pool area was very nice, but we also enjoyed spending much of our day relaxing poolside in the backyard. We look forward to another visit and would certainly stay in this same house!

The property was Great. Unfortunately there were some issues. The pool was small but that was kind of ok because we had access to the resort and beach less than 5 minutes away!
We stayed 5 nights and were only provided with 2 dishwasher pods :( (this may be typical)
The Outside Grill was filthy! When we contacted maintenance, they had no interest in cleaning it. We were told to just let the old stuff burn off... Nope!!!
There was an outside light that didn't work - this would have provided light for the pool/patio area. Maintenance came twice and finally said that it was corroded and would not get fixed during our stay :(
*Keep in mind, anytime you call maintenance - they may be watching/inspecting YOU!
This happened to me - One of the maintenance guys pointed out an issue that could pose a problem later-
I thanked him, and quickly corrected it (very minor). Less than 10 minutes later, I received a very nasty/threatening text from the main office. I was so angry and uncomfortable that I wanted to leave because I felt like we would be blamed for anything! We stayed but I really could not enjoy it because I was constantly taking pictures and making sure everything was straight.
Furthermore, with all of the fees we pay, that should cover those mishaps/incidentals.
Overall, the property actually exceeded my expectations - My family enjoyed it and we had a great time!!!

We had a wonderful stay in North Myrtle Beach. The house and amenities were as advertised. It was a short walk to the beach and/or pool complex. Food, shopping, and amenities were a short drive away. The property manager was timely and responsive with the few issues that did arrive. We had no complaints regarding our stay. Would definitely recommend this listing to others.

Upon arrival management failed to inspect and clean the place. They were dirt and sands all over the place. While it’s a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood, they need significant improvement on the cleanliness. Yes, once we informed them they came over to clean it but it was a rush job. Behind the beds were all kinds of dead bugs. Will never stay there again.

We stayed at this house for a family vacation with our son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren. The layout of the house was perfect with one master on main living area and 3 large bedrooms downstairs for their family. Proximity to resort pools and beach was good with short walk. Our biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the house both inside and out. This house would benefit from a good deep cleaning inside and a good power wash outside. The 4 chairs around the fire pit were unusable with rusty frames and stained cushions. The pool furniture was very old and unusable. There was a heavy coating of leaves inside the fence line and the fence had 2 broken slats. We notified the management company and were repaired. The trees around the fence are overgrown and in need of a good trimming. The grill was disgusting! It took over an hour to clean before we would even consider using it. Although we were notified prior to arrival that cleaning supplies were not included and paper products were limited, the house would benefit from a few simple supplies like a broom, dustpan, and cleaning spray. Dishwasher pods were not included but we were required to start the dishwasher before leaving. The other vacation homes we stayed at included basic cleaning supplies. We enjoyed our vacation, but the property was average at best.

Plenty of space and privacy for two families to share the house. Enjoyed being in the back of a cul-de-sac backing up to the edge of the resort property- less traffic and quiet! Easy walk to the resort pool and beach! Would definitely re-book again!

Beautiful home with resort access...but far from perfect.
This property is very beautiful from the outside and has a great location. We loved the access to the resort pool and amenities which are a short walk from the house. The house is very spacious, all rooms are large with their own bathrooms and the living area is light and airy. The lanai and front balcony are nice as well.
Where this property fell short was its overall cleanliness and maintenance upkeep. Upon arriving we found the showers to be dirty with mildew and mold. The freezer was missing the handle to open it. The towel hook in one of the bathrooms fell off the wall with the weight of a towel on it. The outside area by the pool was filthy with leaves and old patio furniture. The grill was so dirty that when trying to cook on it the grease on the burners caught fire. The fence around the pool was missing boards as well. While the pool was nice and convenient it was hard to enjoy with the dirtiness of the surrounding area.
While the listing and management company filled us in beforehand on items we needed to bring; toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, laundry detergent, soap, dishwasher pods, dish soap, and other essentials, it didn't seem to align with the price point of the rental for us to have to provide these. The same goes for the maintenance issues as well. When we chose to spend this kind of money on a house for a week, in this kind of plantation, we expected to have a property that as the listing states is "impeccable." Unfortunately that wasn't the case.

Great family Vacation
My husband & I rented this house for a family vacation consisting of our 6 adults and 4 grandchildren under the age of 5. The house was perfect for our family, we loved the location to restaurants, golf the age appropriate pools & clos proximity to the beach was wonderful.
The convent of having the backyard pool was wonderful during the afternoon while children were napping was wonderful
First time we have rented this place & we are all hoping to make it a yearly tradition

Off Season Stay
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house could have been cleaned a little better, mainly the floors, but ultimately it didn't truly matter. We didn't get to do any of the excursions because it was off Season, but the access to the pools and beach was super quick. North Myrtle is definitely nicer than Myrtle Beach, with cute shops, a clean boardwalk and a handful of amazing restaurants. I'd stay again if we do come back.

Solid Average
The house is great. We had a trip with four friends. Check in was miles away. It was easy, but they are very strict on the number of bands and cards with very little info about the resort. We had toilet and shower problems and they were quick to fix them. But they only gave us one tiny bar of soap per bathroom, two dishwasher pods and two rolls of toilet paper. When I asked for more, they refused. It’s all on the fine print, but be prepared to bring soap and shampoo. It was fine, and they were responsive, but with a few more supplies it would have been exceptional. The resort was basically closed and no food or drinks were available. I wish we had known that before we booked.

Check in process is a little cumbersome in this technology world. Pick up keys - drop off keys in another area . But other than that it was a very nice property.
Couldn’t get the fire pit igniter to spark and no lighters anywhere but made the best of it. Too late to call maintenance.

Great place to stay for our family
My husband, daughter, son-in-law, and 2 grandchildren had a great stay in the house. The master bedroom upstairs with 3 bedrooms downstairs was perfect! It allowed my daughter to have her kids close to her if needed in the night. The pool was nice too! The front balcony was the best to sit and enjoy…so relaxing. We loved it so much we booked again for 2022!!!!

This was an excellent choice for our family. It was close to the resort and beach. Very spacious. Quiet. Management Could leave more cleaning supplies. Planning to rent again next year.

Great property
Please be aware that this house has a lot of stairs if you have young children. I had to go and get a “baby gate” to protect my grand son from falling down the stairs. Great balcony in front and in the rear of the house.

Nice, but needs improvment
Good - Beautiful home. great location.
Bad - House was not the cleanest when my family and i arrived. The bed we slept felt like the suspension of a 1955 T bird. Lastly, every morning the pool would be full of thousands of these "shrimp-looking" insects.

Beware of the Pool
Overall everything could have been better. To start the check in process is not convenient. Even if the home is not ready yet, not allowing guests to have the option to utilize the resort pools is a disservice.
The overall curb appeal of the home was great. The area was quite which was great. However other than that nothing else was great. The home was very dirty inside with crumbs all over the kitchen and dinning room floors. There was dust build up in many areas. Cleaning of the lani hasn’t taken place in some time. Pizza crust and trash was found laying around in it. The bathroom were not throughly cleaned. Finally the worst part is the pool was a disaster. It was milky and green after the first day. To top it off it had living bugs in it, almost shrimp like looking bugs. It didn’t matter how many times we scooped them out because there would be dozens more the next day. For the cost of the rental it’s just not worth it unless better up keeping takes place. I’m sure majority of people like the idea of a private pool and the fact we couldn’t use it was a major disappointment.

Windy Hill
Property was clean, home was well decorated and inviting. There were ample bedrooms, bathrooms and plenty of room and seating in the dining area and living room. Parking was a bit of a problem as we had several cars arriving from different areas and the parking garage that was supposed to be available to us, was not. Pool and patio area could have been a little cleaner but overall visit was enjoyable and our family members had a really good time.

It was great, first time renting a property for a family get away beautiful home and grwat set up. Maintanance was very efficient. My only feedback is that the location need was not clean on the outside sitting areas. Stains from prior guest in the outiside patio and deck area. Also the pool area need it to be clean.

Wonderful North Myrtle Beach stay
We had a fantastic experience renting this property with iTrip. The rental was top notch, even better than the pictures. And the location was unbelievable. The beach and North Plantation complex are a very short walk away and do not disappoint. The house was much bigger than I expected and was very easily able to sleep our 4 couple trip. The customer service and staff with iTrip were always professional, responsive, and helpful. If you are thinking about traveling to North Myrtle and considering renting this property or any other from iTrip do not hesitate, they surely do not disappoint!

The best vacation!
I have rented many homes in many different states for our family to go on vacations. This by far has been the best I have ever rented. Everything was exactly as advertised. Also, when I needed any assistance they were there to help quickly and efficiently. I would buy this home.

One month at 4960 Salt Creek Court
We are awaiting the completion of our new home in Pittsburgh and decided to do some of our temp housing in Myrtle Beach to get out of the cold.
The folks at I trip were terrific to deal with and interact with. The responded quickly to questions. They have a great check in/ out process. And they were just nice humans. :)
The house was great. Way more space than my hubby and I needed. We had one minor issue and they took care of it immediately.
I will definitely book with them again.

Great Holiday Vacation in a Gorgeous Home
Staying in this fabulous house was absolutely everything and more. I particularly enjoyed the spacious living room for family game night and the well stocked kitchen for cooking. There was even a cupcake tin. . I will definitely stay here again. The check in was smooth, and the these staff and service were excellent!!! All in all, Great Holiday Vacation

We booked this house for heated pool but the pool was not heated until the day we left plus They charged us for the heated pool. The oven was not cleaned at all and stink badly.
