Clean, comfortable, very good communication with owners, good parking and location. Enjoyed our break here and will be back.

Location was great. We were attending a wedding at a popular venue in Battle, Amelia Cottage was a 10 min walk away, so very convenient. A better option of a house rather than staying in a hotel as we had a 9 year old child with us. Beds were comfy. On site parking also good. The owner was very approachable and it was nice to meet him on arriving.

It met all our needs, location was good. Owner was fabulous.

Very cozy and well decorated house with all the facilities you may need. Beautiful kitchen with multiple ovens and plenty of working space. The house is nice and warm and the living room has an electric fire place which blows warm air into the room which is so nice for winter. The kind owner welcomed us, standing by the road to alert us of where we should park. Basic needs like soap and toilet paper were well stocked but there was also some milk, cookies, tea and coffee. We loved this house. The photos don't do it justice, we were not expecting it to be this big, comfortable and cozy.

The only slight negative is the location near the busy road. You cannot hear the cars go by, but turning up to park in front of the house can be a bit stressful because of the traffic.

It is nice and spacious a great base, a home from home.

Perfect place to stay with families. Enough space for the kids, great garden, kitchen fully equipped and even some food like tea, milk and toast already there when we arrived.

Excellent facilities, soft towels, very friendly host, central location, closed backyard was perfect for our little kids.

No dishwasher, but plenty of crockery No smart tv, but satellite / cable connection & WiFi available Double bed was a little cosy for us Dutch people, but good matrasses
