De ligging, het restaurant en aardig personeel.
De trap naar boven, vieze vloerbedekking boven, sterk verouderde kamer, verroeste radiator in de badkamer, plafond wat loslaat/schimmel.

The rooms are outdated, but the pleasant view, the superb breakfast and the staff's friendliness are fantastic and make up for a lot!

Place is very calm and relaxing. Nice garden for evening gathering. Breakfast was rich and tasty.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, I found hairs from previous guests on the walls. Overall the hotel rooms look a bit shabby, could use a renovation

Great restaurant; very dated bedroom, and bathroom

The staff were very friendly at checkin, checkout and throughout the stay. The buffet breakfast was good with plenty of choice and well-presented. The room was dated, especially the bathroom, but definitely clean.
The beds were awful - both me and my friend slept very badly and both had sore backs the next morning. The bathroom is still as originally-decorated...60s/70s tiles etc. The bathroom was clean though so that was OK.

seemed like a pretty old building, with noisy rooms, shower space in a small bath tub, dinner was modest

The are is really nice, the hotel has nice view, it's small but very convenient
The furniture of the room was so old

The staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast was ok (price -quality). The location is great! (Noorbeek is beautiful)
Outdated decor. Old en bad quality beds. Old smelly bathroom. Noisy. The door to the hallway had some gaps so the light came through all night.
