The feeling was very welcome. Clean, nice food, friendly staff. nice view, beach is not far. heated pool is very pleasant (especially in December) but I used other pools too. the fact that the food and drinks are available whole day is very nice.

too far from airport, taxi is around €100 one way. Rooms are very dated, but clean! indoor pool is not included in price even on all inclusive option! bedding on sofa bed constantly was crumbled away, so basically every night I slept on naked sofa… strange system for changing pool towels - you can’t change it every day.

The staff were very nice and helpful and made you feel very welcome. The attention to detail was good, they had lotion, hand wash, shampoo and conditioner all in the room. A glass container to help yourself to water from the dispensers in each hallway. The food was nice and varied, multiple different bars and places to eat, help yourself drinks with spirits and soft drinks, wine and beer. It was beautiful to look out at the pool area and the sea from your room.

Hotel has amazing selection of food, every day there was a different theme for the dinner: Mexican, Asian, Seafood etc. The pool is heated. We have really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel was amazing! We got a glass on champaign when checking in and even got a room upgrade. We had the all inclusive offer and breakfast, lunch and dinner were great. Amazing daily offers and drinks all day long - they left all of the bottles at your disposal so you can have a drink whenever you wanted and create your own cocktails! They had breakfast from 08:00 until 10:30, then another continental breakfast at the pool bar from 10:30 to 12:00pm. Lunch from 13:00 to 15:00 and snacks and cakes from 15:00 to 17:00, of course, drinks all day long! We were there in February and one outside pool was heated so you could definitely swim. The sea water was a bit more fresh but you can also definitely go in! The staff was so friendly and nice and helpful. On the day of check out we could still hang by the pool until our flight at 6pm and had lunch included that day. The gym is small but practical and needs to be booked in advance because of Covid (you can book it one hour in advance though so it's not inconvenient). It is very close to the beach and the pool area was clean and spacious.

Very weak animations, problem with check -in that was not what we asked before arriving - it means we asked for a high floor but got the ground floor . Although the booking sent the confirmation of respecting our request we had to spend first night on the ground floor.

Lovely hotel, beautiful layout, great staff. Shout out to Shirley, Anna, Sergio, Pepe, AnaRosa, Lilianna who all worked so hard and smiled no matter what. Regulations around covid changed while we were there and the staff did an amazing job to keep things feeling safe.

Small things annoyed me. The tables by the pools were not cleaned and were sticky, the salt cellars on the table were empty, the bed sheets didn't fit the beds. It was a huge room but there were not enough electrical points in the room. Also side sea view rooms get zero sun in the winter months. In summer it would probably be a relief to have a cool dark room but in summer definitely choose a Seaview room.

Great choice of food in the restaurant and pool bar, also a very good selection of drinks. Friendly helpful staff. Easy access to the beach.

No footpaths at the rear of the hotel so a car is needed if you don't want to walk on the beach.

The pools were great. The room was clean and comfortable albeit slightly dated. The kids club was super especially the one for younger children although small capacity meant not all children were accommodated.

The restaurant was often full and had a long wait - one day we queued for 40 minutes for dinner. The toilets didn't all get filled with soap etc especially the one by the restaurants. We told reception several times but it wasn't ever resolved. Especially by the restaurant this could cause illness. Ice creams were only available on two days by the pool and other days just calippo or several days they'd all gone. Children like an ice cream in the afternoon in hot weather! The evening entertainment was mixed. Animation team was fab but the continual interpretive dancing was dull and repetitive.

Cofee in the bar is fantastic.

Coffee from machines is really bad. You could not get warm milk for breakfast - I was advised to get one from coffee machine and replied I do not want artificial one from powder - I was told its only cold available - strange attitude for a 4* hotel. Timelines in hotel schedule are not up-to date - you go to a bar that should already be running and learn it will be opened in 2 hrs and info in app and on display is not accurate. I've asked to correct my address on invoice - but was refused since I got what got to the document from booking.com and that's it - I have to live with that. I was asked to pay for in-room safe although it was listed as included within booking confirmation. This was to be followed up to the reception manager but I have never heard back with the reply. All in all - small things adding up make me say - reconsider as you are not really getting what you could get elsewhere with the money you need to pay.

Food was fantastic and such a varied choice. All staff showed fantastic customer service which is very important to me and which I highly recognise in my own career. Very clean throughout the complex. So many sunbeds to choose from but still found it very surprising that some felt the need to reserve beds and then go to breakfast.

Other customers were very snobby and very judgemental in their looks which made me feel uncomfortable. It's a form of bullying and really not appropriate behaviour. Parents allow their children to run around like a riot in all areas of the hotel complex, including the restaurant, even during "Adult" time. Running past people's rooms and screaming when they might be resting is not great either.
