Chambre moderne et confortable. La situation le long du boulevard de la Sauvenière est impeccable pour visiter le centre ville et l hyper centre. L’hôtel a un partenariat avec le parking central Park presqu’en face. Il y a aussi le parking de la piscine Jonfosse qui propose des forfaits de 24 heures à un prix de 12 eur (attention de ne pas dépasser les 24 heures sinon le prix repart au prix normal. Pour l’éviter, sortez du parking et rentrez à nouveau).

L’hôte est connu et est de bonne qualité. Je n’ai rien à reprocher.

Personnel de réception sympathique et serviable, ainsi qu'un personnel de nettoyage très sympathique et professionnel. Chambre très spacieuse et propre. Excellent emplacement de l'hôtel.

Le service du restaurant est à améliorer, il fallait beaucoup de temps pour passer à table pour les commandes et il manquait des condiments dans les plats commandés, de plus il n'était pas possible de boire le vin que nous avions choisi, car ils ne pouvaient pas trouver un tire-bouchon. Il y a une table de billard pour les clients, mais les queues de billard sont en mauvais état et il n'y a qu'une queue pour jouer.

Very good and varied breakfast, nice bar, clean bathroom and good beds. Overall a pleasant stay in a hotel with a good location near the city center.

Cela fait déjà 4 fois que nous séjournons au Penta à Liège et nous aimons par dessous tout le style, ambiance et sa localisation. Propreté et confort de la chambre au top. Bar-lounge très cosy, personnel accueillant. Première fois que nous mangions au bar et les tapas sont au top, surtout les petites brochettes de boeuf, délicieuses!

Les coussins sont extrêmement mous mais c'est personnel. J'emmène le mien avec moi. Le prix de la petite portion de nachos au bar (12€) nous semblait fort cher. Sinon, tout était parfait comme toujours

Good room, quite large, very clean. Nice bar and restaurant, delicious cocktails. Great location, very central, short walk from city centre and the river.

There's not enough staff in the restaurant on a Saturday night. Waited 45 minutes to have our order taken, I even went to the bar to try order there, we'd been there an hour before we had drinks. Other customers, especially those just having drinks, were complaining. The burgers were lovely, but my husband's chips were cold, indeed a few of them were still raw. When pointing this out to the waiter he got very defensive and said "This happens sometimes". No apology, no offer of making amends! Again, waited a long time for our dessert order to be taken, approx 40 minutes, and another long wait to actually get it - we were worried the kitchens would close before we got it.

Quirky set up where the only bar / restaurant is there just as you enter the main doors. That is where you check in as well. Pool table available for free. The vibe is energetic in the evenings with a lot of hotel guests spending time at the bar. Good selection of beers and small selection of food. Good location with a short walk to some shops / restaurants.

This was specific to our room, but we had a view of a parking garage, which was a very poor view. Kept the curtains closed the entire time. The hotel was busy when we were there, so there were no other rooms available to switch to.

Great decoration and super fun! The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The front desk staff was also very courteous.

Used the hotel parking that is next door to the hotel. Don't. Very old and shabby parking house, no lights or security of any sort. Had to park on 7th floor. Car got broken into during the night, one of at least 3 cars that night.

Loved that the hotel is dog-friendly, loved the clean and well-appointed gym, and loved the European style breakfast options.

Hoards of breakfast locusts swarm by 0830 and later, so forget about a quiet breakfast and be patient as the food goes fast and the staff didn't replenish often. Also, the construction made getting to the hotel a pain, and after unloading I find out I had to go to a farther parking garage as the adjacent one has a lot of break-ins...

Beds were amazingly comfortable and the shower and bathroom was fantastic. A water machine was a great idea too.

AirCon was really non-existent. Breakfast was just OK and parking was expensive,

it was a nice environement

we asked for an extended stay when booking and got called out to pay for the whole day.

Great that you can take botlles of water to the room or to drink with your wine in the bar Breakfast is great
