Likes that it was so close to the airport so it was good for a one night stopover. Free shuttle or walk to the hotel from airport. Free shuttle to the outlet shopping. The pool was very nice and there is a tennis court.

I would have liked to have breakfast included. At the time of booking the only family room available was 2 separate rooms I thought they would be adjoining but they were separate which was really inconvenient.

We were upgraded and it was much appreciated. Facilities at Premium level outstanding!

Not being able to have a paid for breakfast in the lounge as flight too early.

This is our go-to hotel on arrival in KL as we take day flights and this Hotel is just so handy. The staff were very good and we had a great bonus of some great live music in the bar area on this visit. We find the service generally very good and always enjoy our stay

Location perfect for flying into and out of KLIA. Buggy service to and from KLIA Level 2 was convenient Bed comfortable and the room is spacious Buffet breakfast very good spread to cater for international guests

Der Buggy Transport von und zum Hotel ist Spitzenklasse. Gut zu finden und immer fahrbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr üppig und für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei, außerdem ein tolle Atmosphäre im großen Vestibül, umgeben von Palmen, Wasserfällen und Gärten. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und gut zu erreichen, der Außenpool ist sensationell. Man fühlt sich wie im Dschungel.

Das kein Zimmerkredit vergeben wurde und man nur bar bezahlen konnte.

The Club lounge is outstanding with breakfast and evening cocktails. The ambience is great and the hotel is very well designed. Truely a 5 Star experience.

The bar staff in foyer are a little slow at service, maybe need a little more training or maybe the language barrier with english needs more attention .

It is easy to go to the Airport (KLIA) in 5 min working. It was very good for me because my return flight was early morning.
