There is just behind the hotel, the breakfast was lovely and plenty of variety. It is a 10 minute drive from co op live. There are plenty of towels and toiletries. Freight island is right behind it for a choice of different foods and live entertainment.

10 minutes walk from Piccadilly station, 5 minutes to Metro link. The room was large with a bath and shower. Beds were very comfortable and the buffet breakfast was excellent 👌. Very quiet and spotlessly clean.

Everything was exceptional

I have stayed before with 1 person I was with the hotel as been up graded since our last stop and the lounge / bar area was decorated lovely . The restaurant is nice now too new seating and tables make it very warm and comfortable.

The only thing I didn't like was the corridor carpet going to our room this may not have been upgraded yet .

Very nice, clean hotel in a great area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival we were advised we would be staying in a brand new room (no extra charge). The room was lovely and modern. We also appreciated a security guard being at the hotel late at night, checking who was coming in. It made us feel safe during our stay.

Upon arrival we were upgraded to an executive suite. The room we were given was spacious and the bed was big and comfy. We had a nice sitting area on our room and has robes, slippers, coffee machine and a fridge with water.

Shower in the bathroom was quite tight to get in and out of as door was very small. There was no dressing table to do hair and make up. No biscuits were provided on the coffee tray. The hotel is a shirt walk away from the train station and on one occasion I was woken early hours of the morning with a train entering the station blowing its horn.

Shocking to find the property was a building site with scaffolding and internal areas being refurbished on arrival ! Extortionate room rate for the standard of accommodation and no facilities (spa/gym) etc due to works!

Huge room, fresh and clean. Every accessory in it in luxury form that I could possibly need. Staff were lovely, very helpful both in hotel and spa.

Cost of a pint! Most expensive drinks ever. I got a great room for a great price so I really shouldn't complain but everything else was first class and Im being picky

La ubicación es excelente, a unos 2 minutos caminando hacia la estación de tren de Piccadilly la cual conecta con varias ciudades. Hay varios servicios cerca asi como pubs y restaurantes.

El aire acondicionado no se pudo poner en modo de enfriamento por lo que la habitación se sentia bastante caliente.

I paid £25 for parking but didn’t remember seeing this anywhere. To park at the hotel should be free.

We had an amazing time. Our complimentary upgrade to a newly-renovated top floor executive suite made the stay extra special. The room was spotless, full with amenities and a huge bed! We must give a shout out to Emily on reception who made our stay extra special. As we arrived, straight away she greeted us with a big smile and took an interest in our visit. She then gave us complimentary car parking as a thank you for staying despite our planned trip to Co-Op Live being cancelled. I’d informed the hotel it was my partner and I’s anniversary and she helped me organise a welcome plate and card waiting for us as we got in the room. Although another item I’d asked for hadn’t been prepared as requested, Emily apologised unreservedly and did everything in her power to make it up to us, providing a refund for this and also drink vouchers in the bar. We loved our stay and will 100% be back!

We booked a standard room looking forward to a bath, unfortunately we were put in a room with a disabled walk in shower, the bed dipped in the middle so myself and my partner kept rolling into each other, the pillows provided were poor. We didn’t receive a code to the car park so when we were buzzing in to retrieve some of our stuff after already checking in, we stood there for 15 minutes until my partner walked back to the building to ask them to buzz us in. The bar closed really early on the evening

The room and bathroom were spacious, the staff were helpful and lovely and the breakfast was delicious.

We were a bit confused getting from the car park to the hotel entrance, a sign would have been helpful!

Had two elderly people with me so the close proximity to the train station was superb. Breakfast was very good. Staff were generally very good just the odd individual who doesn’t seem to want to do anything. They are going through very big renovation so i understand stuff is not going to be top.

However despite the renovations i paid good money all the same. Breakfast was good but for some reason clearing the table seems to come at a premium. You have to get there attention all the time. Two lifts for 8-10 floors, one not working for a few days so just the one for all floors. Don’t tell me to take the stairs, two elderly persons and a pushchair cannot use the stairs all the time it wasn’t working. The worst part was house keeping… again this seems to come at a premium. 2-3 occasions one bin was emptied (bathroom bin doesn’t exist) and one towel changed. Bed not made, cups not cleaned, coffee not replenished. Had to ask reception for these (simple) house keeping things to be done.

Great location, currently having work done in the hotel and outside but didn’t cause any issues in terms of noise to the property. Usually stay at Marriott hotels when. Possible and never fail to make the stay comfortable. Has a recently upgraded room which has lovely decor and it very modern and clean.

Upgraded room was not finished to a high standard, decor was not finished off to a high standard, no boarder around the basin of the shower. Dried pain on and around the wash basin (sink) in the bathroom, which had no hand soap to be able to wash your hands (luckily I always bring some away with me).
