Location and staff, and breakfast

My room had a strange high pitched noise, I was moved rooms by kind staff

Modern hotel (not always the case in glasgow)

Long elevator waiting times. Also, weird segmentation at breakfast between executive floor guests and regular guests. Slightly more colourful chairs for the first, but exactly the same breakfast, resulting in nobody being happy .

I ordered a 21st birthday upgrade for one of my team, and it was brilliant, thanks so much.and reservation guy was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC thanks so much x

Reception were very welcoming and gave us options to upgrade, which we did. The options with the upgrade were excellent!! 👌 There was a good variety of breakfast choices. Staff were very attentive. We enjoyed eating our breakfast in the upgraded area, it was very pleasant. Enjoyed the spa and had treatments which were good and the staff were very friendly, the prices however were quite inflated for the treatments we had.

The haggis was very stodgy and not to our liking expected to see mushrooms..? The poached eggs were underdone and not enjoyable. We stayed at the Hilton several years ago and the breakfast was exceptional. We felt during our stay although the breakfast was reasonable it was not to the standard that we remembered. On our last day we headed to the pool to be informed that the pool was closed due to it being chlorinated. This was very disappointing and cut our stay short. We felt that we should have been offered a discount on our bill, this was not offered. Our stay was an Anniversary gift from our son and we were really looking forward to our stay. We were delighted see that the hotel had been refurbished however we did have memories of comfortable surroundings from our previous stay years before. We will gladly return in the future and would recommend to f&f, we felt that spending some time in the spa on our last day would have been a nice ending to our stay but unfortunately that was not to be.

Everything The stay was abysmal accused of being hackers when we arrived because we didn't have immediate ID and laughed at and ignored when we asked if we could use alternative methods and when finally checked in and went to discuss with superior about way we were spoken to we were told "oh I know that person. I don't know if I believe they would say that Okay? Great And to top it all off my wife's purse went "missing"

Room was good & very clean, nice beds as well

Staff at breakfast were very rude not just me but other customers also. waiter took our order for tea & toast, it arrived after we had finish the main part of our breakfast.

Central to city and the car parking

Pillows were too soft also blanket was too thin, but that is us being a bit picky.

Very good breakfast- lots of choice Clean well equipped room Staff very friendly Nice swimming pool- need to book a time slot though, but this means wasn’t too busy. Had a facial - friendly staff Room service quick arrival and nice food

Check in - staff member was polite, but didn’t volunteer useful info so I had to ask a lot of questions- for example: Where was breakfast, where was the pool, what time it opened, how to book a time slot at the pool, how to use the lifts which were key access. Felt a bit laboured and would have been good to get all the info at check in . Spa rooms are on the poolside so were very noisy - not relaxing or private at all. Probably the least enjoyable part of the stay

A good location in the city centre

Great conference hotel venue

Walking to town and back a little tricky as you come into the back of some buildings to get to the front of the hotel

Personnel chaleureux, nous avons aimé l'accueil que les Écossais nous réservait. Chambre très confortable. Hotel situé à 12 minutes de marche de la gare Centrale. Centre-ville animé, nous avons adoré notre séjour à Glasgow!

Piscine payante, un peu décevant

Rooms are immaculate.

Bar service is slow including taking drinks and table service. The temperature of the breakfast room is far too high. Extremely unpleasant. The pool is extremely cold and not pleasant. Definitely not what you would expect from a Hilton. Room service menu is poor and it takes ages to arrive. Hotel bar for residents shit at 12!

The room was very spacious for three people, with two comfortable queen beds and bedding. Great size ensuite shower room with Crabtree toiletries that smelt amazing.

Sunday breakfast was a little chaotic.

Hannah who worked on reception was incredible- she was so friendly and helpful !

The service from everyone at the Hilton was very good. The food was amazing, the cocktails were really nice too. I enjoyed the spa and the massage I had at Pure spa which is located inside the hotel at the spa area. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Maybe the work needing done in the spa area could be done later on and not during the hours that people use the spa area.

Typical Hilton, spacious and comfortable. Reception restaurant staff were great. Leisure facilities looked good but didn’t have time to use them. Food was good.

Bar staff didn’t seem to know what a lager shandy was, tried to serve me lager with fresh orange. As much as the room was clean and comfortable the bathroom had a lovely odour of a wet ashtray (obviously the previous guests had been having a cheeky wee smoke). For the price of the room i expected better.

I had the best sleep, the bed and pillows were so comfortable, and the curtains work great at blacking out the room. We also liked the compliment robes, it was a nice touch.

We found the room a little bit cold we did try to turn the heating up but still found it a bit chilly. having the large tv was fab but would be even better if it had apps such as Netflix as we have had this in other hotels which was a nice touch.

Lovely, clean, very good location for us travelling to Edinburgh.

The room was perfect. The staff where exceptional. The food was great.

Being asked if I was staying at the hotel every time I went for a cigarette. (5 times in 1 evening) Also the lighting when leaving the lift onto floor 8 was quite dark.

Great location with on site EV charging & parking. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are excellent. Can’t wait to come back

The gym needs to be updated and perhaps a little bigger

Pool and gym we're ok.

Poor hotel outdated and dull. Room furniture was poor and tacky. Food was disappointing. Location not great. Air conditioning not great in room. Hotel was noisy.

Breakfast was good and plenty of choice

Room was nice however hair on the bed and the bedside cabinets full of dust. Everything else was perfect

Дуже чисто, привітний персонал. Сподобалось бронювання відвідування СПА зони оскільки саме так немає надмірної завантаженості.

Le confort de la chambre, notre 1ère nuit de récupération de la fatigue accumulée, la qualité de la literie enfin de l'obscurité complète dans la chambre grâce aux rideaux la piscine de 15m,le sauna hammam

Notre 2ème nuit avec les portes des chambres du couloir qui claquent en se refermant ainsi que les portes battantes de ce même couloir qui claquent aussi : inacceptable dans ce genre d'établissement
