Absolutely disgusting. Gross stains on the floor, a small space heater that can't be legal, empty whiskey bottle on the windowsill, shower head wouldn't stay up, no shower door so water just poured over the floor, asked for another towel and didn't receive one. Whole place stank of weed. Left at 6am to a homeless person sleeping on a sofa in the reception area.

Inget alls!! Sämsta hotellet jag någonsin bott på! Det var så vidrigt och jag ber till gud att jag inte fått vägglöss med mig hem för det skulle inte förvåna mig om det fanns det i rummet!

Vi fick först ett rum på andra våningen men då det luktade mögel fick ett nytt rum på entré plan. Vi trodde att det skulle vara något bättre men den var också totalt värdelös!! Rummet var iskallt, smutsig och äckligt! Vi fick tjata till oss ett värme element så att vi kunde få upp värmen någorlunda. Fick endast två stora handdukar. Saknades två små handdukar och en badrumsmatta. Fanns 3-4 tepåsar och 4-5 potionspåsar med kaffe men ingen vattenkokare, det fick vi säga till om. De fyllde inte på med fler tepåsar och portionspåsar med kaffe så vi fick till slut köpa en liten burk pulverkaffe! Sängkläderna luktade och såg inte fräscha ut, tvärtom så såg de använda ut!!Min vän bad om ett extra täcke då det var så kallt i rummet men täcket hon fick var inte ren och luktade rök. Det lukta även avskyvärt och framförallt i entrén och korridorerna, lukta mögel, avlopp, matos mm. Jag brukar normalt sett läsa recensioner innan jag bokar men missade att göra det denna gång och ångrar det bittert!!! Jag förstår inte hur detta hotell kan få kalla sig för 3 stjärnigt hotell. Jag ger den -10!!!!! Jag avråder alla att boka rum på detta hotell! Bilderna stämmer inte med verkligheten.

It was in good location, close to shops. It was clean.

Holes in wall, no tea soon for make tea, closet was broke with missing 1 door, lamp with holes, one of lamp had no cover.

Very bad! There’s bedbugs. I was bitten badly and got over a hundred of itchy red welts. The bedding is very dirty with other people’s hair, seems haven’t been changed for months. You can even see bedbugs blood and poops. Service is bad too. When I told them about the bedbugs they did nothing, just said “ Oh, people from everywhere, can bring bedbugs here “ as an excuse. It’s the hotel’s duty to keep the rooms clean and bedbugs free. They even don’t think about it. Terrible experience there!

The staff was really nice and kind, the location was great, just in front of the line 12 of the bus which takes you directly to Piccadlly (and it works the 24h). Free wifi.

There were stain on the wall, everything looked very used, the blind holder was broken which left the blinds only hanging in one side, plus it was also dirty. The view of the room through the window led directly to a dirty area (like a mini terrace) and window to the corridor, so if u opened the blinds people could see u.

Smelly place, strange maintenance solutions, no customer service and good luck with finding somewhere to park your car. Basically, with properties like this on Booking.com it makes me question using the site for future reservations

Horrendous stay, booked for two nights but checked in elsewhere for night two as I barely slept even with a chair wedged to the door - it felt crazy unsafe and there were large groups of men loitering all night outside my room.

The only good thing about this hotel was that it had wifi and the staff allowed me to check out late without extra payment.

Bad hotel. They all smelled bad. I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and they did not clean the room and the toilet for a single day. They put only one 30 ml shampoo in the toilet for 3 nights. Hair dryer, iron for ironing was also missing. Around the hotel nothing good to see, any good restaurant or coffee. The stairs were very narrow and this made it difficult to go up and down the big suitcase. The staff did not help with this.

The entire establishment was disgusting. The bed was broken. The lighting was full on or off. The only clean thing in the room was the bed linen. The walls were dirty. The windows were filthy.

it’s not the place you can spend a night in there. Damp smell is everywhere, dirty bathrooms, no hot water facilities. local council should take action on these kind of hotels. not worth it at all

Good location comfy bed thats it. No bed bugs which everyone was mentioning in the reviews I suppose that's a good thing but no that shouldn't be a factor at all.

No soap in bathroom or plug in sink. Pathetic excuse of a shower had to hold it over me and the water was not even warm it was freezing. Broken cup in room they forgot to clean up as it was hidden behind curtain, I wonder if the room was even cleaned beforehand.

Absolutely nothing

The rooms are in extremely poor shape, very dirty, smelly, mouldy, unkept... The hallway stinks of mold and humidity. The couch, AC, table, toilet seat and lamps were broken. The bedframe and carpet were burned. There was trash on the floor of the bathroom and hair in the shower. The wifi is awful. There is no elevator and the stairs are narrow and steep. They charged me in advance even though I reserved it to pay it on location. The rooms smell of smoke even though they are advertised as non smoking. The walls are thin so you hear your neighbours all night. By far the worst hotel I have ever been to. Would NOT recommend.

The rooms need updating and had bed bugs in one of the rooms to which we had to swap rooms in the early hours of the morning after discovering they were in the bed we was in

it was close to the hospital for my daughters appointment.

lots of noise in the middle of the night. overpriced more like an expensive hostel than a boutique hotel. I asked if there was food available I was pointed to a door but when I looked through the window I could see a man having his hair cut in a dark store room.
