To cold when entering the room had to turn heater on to warm up which took sometime

Great location & perfectly situated for the NEC.
Excellent availability of electric car chargers.
Staff were really friendly.
No food options at hotel itself, services a short walk away, just typically in the rain and had to cross over the bridge over the motorway to find somewhere open for breakfast.

Ideally located at the services, for accessing event at nearby CBS Arena. Free parking on sight. Plenty of good food options available.

Room has nicely upgraded bathroom. No USB charging caused me to mark down room facilities but otherwise suited very well. Double glazing and blackout blinds were effective. Reception especially pleasant and helpful- thank you
