Excelente estrutura e conforto!

A comunicação conosco não foi efetiva. Houve um problema com o acesso ao spa e os atendentes não souberam informar quando estaria resolvido. Ao final, se resolveu,mas já havíamos feito outra reserva para outro hotel.

La habitación, la limpieza, el desayuno y sus opciones sin gluten. Mi mujer es celiaca y salió encantada del desayuno. El personal super atento y el Spa maravilloso. La cercanía al santuario.

super! relax nella SPA. Molto bene avere il ristorante di fianco, o all’occorrenza il bar con possibilità di pranzo e cena. Ottimo hotel! Lo consiglio ed infatti torno ogni anno!

O pequeno almoço oferece muita variedade.

The hotel is a 20 minute walk to the shrine of Fatima. restaurant’s & cafes are a short walk away. The beds were very comfortable with a selection of pillows and room also had a spacious bathroom with both bath and bide. The hotel has a fabulous spa and each room is allowed 1 hour free.

The inflexibility and penny pinching let this hotel down. There is no kettle in the room only a Nespresso machine with coffee pods that are chargeable - I have never stayed at a 4 star hotel where there are zero complimentary tea/coffee in the room ; including water. The hotel wasn’t full; it was mid week, in low season but still on arrival at 1.30pm we were told we could not check in and to return at 3pm. We wanted to use the spa and it was 16.50 ; we were told that we must wait until 5pm and could only enter on the hour - the spa was empty! Not another guest in there, either before or after we had finished! I class myself as a world traveller +70 countries and have stayed in many, many hotels and this hotel strikes me as one where the staff require training in hospitality and customer service. There was absolutely no empowerment to make decisions based on common sense rather than what the computer says! Three very easy fixes would have made our stay excellent.

O Hotel é excelente, com condições ótimas. O spa é muito bom.

A piscina grande do spa não era muito aquecida :(

How spacious and comfortable the room was. The breakfast was plentiful in terms of choices and delicious! The staff were super polite and very accommodating.
