No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. More hangers would help as no iron in room but asked reception who provided a steam iron but no ironing board.

Good sized room. Plenty of on site parking. Short walk into the town. Helpful staff.

Everything was exceptional could not fault anything the room was very comfortable big and shower was lovely. The breakfast was fine. Coffee machine was amazing. We used the spa facilities was exceptional. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Maybe if I want to be critical then the breakfast could have been better but was fine. The restaurant staff were lovely.

Great breakfast with fresh pastries and even fruit. Delicious coffee as well. Close to the center of town and lots of space. Friendly vibes.

The room was automatically set to 18 degrees Celsius, which was absolutely freezing and hard to change. (not to mention concerning given the need for energy conservation). The door to the bathroom also keep getting stuck on the floor, which was a bit of a nuisance.

Location and cleanliness was 100% . Staff very helpful and breakfast lovely ☺️ Our second time staying here and we will stay again

there was no drinking water in the room, an empty mini bar (very noisy), only a bed sheet on the bed, no duvet. the amenities in the bathroom were empty! the overall hotel is old. the corridor carpets were all stained.

It was a decent hotel, everything seemed average.

Location and beach arrangement although we could have been given towels for the beach but were not.

Breakfast arrangements were poor and not the normal buffet serve yourself style. Coffee was very tepid from the machine. No hot buffet available. No beach towel given when booking the beach. Welcome drink very underwhelming.

The room was very spacious, clean, and quiet . The breakfast was awesome! Location was great, close enough to walk to restaurants and landmarks as well as the beach. Private parking was a plus!

The room was very nice and large, the hotel is situated within walking distance to the historic center of Otrano. The personnel at the breakfast buffet was very friendly and helpful.

Booked this Hotel via Booking.com for 293,-€ for one night. It is main season and Otranto is a tourist destination. The price is about 1/3 higher than hotels in the same area with comparable ratings, so our expectations were still in correspondance to the price. We arrived after a hot day (more than 30°C) with some thunderstorms at about 5 p.m. on our Vespa scooters and were looking for a shower. There was a group of 5 guests checking-in in front of us and we were asked by the second receptionist to wait on the side on a sofa. After the group was checked-in and personal information have been exchanged with a lot of laughing (about 10 minutes), the next guest couple just entered the lobby and was asked to come up to the counter right away to check-in. After making eye contact with the second receptionist again, we finally checked-in. I am sure that the delay had nothing to do with our motorcycle outfit. Arriving at the room, the key card did not work properly. Leaving my wife waiting at the door, I went down to the reception and had the key card re-programmed. The lady wanted to accompany me to the room door to check on the function of the key card, but asked me to wait on the side again to check-in new arriving guest. I left after 2 minutes alone and the key card worked. After about another 10 minutes somebody knocked at the door and asked about the function of the key card. Taking a shower we found out, that the shower gel of the hotel in the shower was empty. We left the hotel at about 6 p.m. and informed the receptionist on the way out about the missing shower gel. He promised to take care in the next 10 minutes. Returning 4 hours later and a still quite hot evening (still more than 30°C), another shower before sleeping was intended. The shower gel was still empty. The same receptionist told me on the phone: "We will fill it up tomorrow and only in case of an emergency I will see what I can do now".
