Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Auch das Frühstück war wirklich gut.
Unser Zimmer ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad war entsprechend alt und die Ausstattung hatte so einige Gebrauchsspuren. Unser Fenster war auch defekt und ließ sich nicht so leicht schließen. Das Zustellbett - in Form - von einer Couch war leider auch sehr hart. Nun verstehe ich auch, warum uns gleich ein Upgrade verkauft werden sollte.

I highly recommend this hotel. It's a perfect combination of quality and money. The location is great - Place Vandome or Gallery Lafayette is only a 10-minute walk. Wonderful breakfast that can be served to your table, nice free glass of wine in the evening by the fireplace makes you feel welcome in this hotel. Excellent stuff, always ready to help and advise. Gourmet restaurant makes your dinner very nice

Sinceramente o menos decepcionante para um Hotel 5 estrelas foi o cafe da manhã, que apesar de encerrar as 10:30, cheguei um dia as 10:15 e a recepcionista mandou eu ser bem rápida.
A gerente depois da minha reclamação tentou ser educada demais, quando disse que iria avaliar o Hotel em todos os sites.
Começar por um Hotel cinco estralas, que pode ser avaliado como 4.
Pelo valor ja fiquei em outros bem melhores em Paris pelo mesmo preço.
As fotos do Booking não condiz com a realidade.
Nao existe quarto com a foto da torre.
Na foto o ângulo parece ser o dobro do tamanho que é. Quando falei para a gerente ela disse que esse quarto era o que paguei, e falei que ele não condiz com a foto. Ela disse que iria verificar no site as fotografias.
Vamos para o sofa cama, minha filha que pesa 30 kilos esta com dor no corpo todo. O colchão do sofa cama completamente torto.
Nao indico esse Hotel.
Por essa tarifa existem Hoteis em Paris infinitamente melhores e mais bem localizados.

Que con la tarjeta de crédito me hicieron un desastre ! Tomaron monto de más que si bien no me lo cobran te restan crédito y desp más garantía por los dos dias que me quede ! Te dicen unas vez que te vas el crédito se libera pero no es así hay que esperar al cierre ! Es excesivo el crédito que se toman en resguardo

Luxury hotel. Location is excellent. Super friendly staff. Fast check in and check out procedure. Clean. Near to main attractions and metro stations.

main issue I have with this Hyatt is the room design, decor and atmosphere. I’ve stayed at many Hyatt across the globe and this one just leaves something to be desired when you walk into the room. room is boxy with little interior design flare. furniture seems old and dated. bathroom seems more like walking into hospital vs relaxing modern vibe. Everything just off and needs to be completely re-done from my perspective. I’ve stayed here twice now and impression the same.

I reserved room without breakfast, but when we left, they charged room with breakfast. We had an early flight to catch, but the staff behind counter could not change the charge.

The location
Very unprofessional staffs, young and not capable to guide the guests or even answer any question in regards to finding a proper restaurant or an outing. Most of them Google to answer, which can be done by us.
The restaurant was functional for one or two mornings fir breakfast, then they moved the guests to the lobby area because the curtains in the restaurant were damage.
To receive the breakfast order spare 25 to 35 minutes of your time and don't be surprised if they get you a wrong order. Our omelette or benedict eggs were never cooked to our liking.
The hotel has minimal facilities but the room is comfortable
The cleaning is okay but not comparable to a high standard hotels
