Great hotel close to everything.

Nice hotel

Great location for getting to from the airport, getting about the city on foot, and convenient for the U-train (local metro) too. Also, excellent shower.

I originally requested 2 single beds but we got a double bed instead. Not ideal.

Mostly good

A couple of locals were somewhat rude but mostly people were accommodating

My room was very small, but clean. As a woman travelling on my own, I appreciated the reception being manned 24-hours. The hotel was very well located in a pretty street. The U-Bahn Schwedenplatz could be reached on foot within 5 minutes, the Stephansplatz within 10 minutes. Lots of restaurants, pubs and shops nearby.

Due to the pubs in Marc Aurel Street, windows could not be kept open during the (summer) night. Without the air conditioning on, the room got hot quickly. The doors of the hotel rooms were badly insulated. When guests walked passed the hallway late in the evening, their chatter woke me up a few times.

High costs, tiny room. Better to stay outside the centre and use the public transportation. Everything was adequate, but it felt like a budget hotel

Gloomy and noicy room.

Nice staff, room was clean. Great sound insulation from the road. breakfast wasn't fancy, but it was enough. The staff were great with advice, directions, helping people.

Thin walls and a constant dripping noise. You could hear every conversation in the hallway or neighbouring room.

Breakfast was good, 24hr reception was good. Kitchen/breakfast staff was nice.

Shower temperature was hard to get right, surprisingly easy to get the water too hot, so just something to watch for, once you get it right it was fine

The staff was very helpful. The room was quiet, clean, always warm and also always had hot water.The size of the room was fine for two people without being particularly large. Breakfast was excellent and covered both savoury and sweet options.

The breakfast is only with few thing more nothing no bread only 2-3 slides of cheese no fresh thing no northing ( pictures added) In one room there is a coffe table in the other no The toilet old and few toiletries

Good location

Horrendous lack of sound proofing between rooms and corridors. I could hear every whisper cough of people in the rooms on either side, let alone when they constantly yelled to each other or had their phones on speaker. Furthermore the floor board are so loud in the rooms and corridors which added to the unpleasantry and felt like I was being stalked with footsteps. The breakfast was fine, needs more hot food or more frequent restocking of the eggs. Need to also assess hygiene coverings more as some guests weee coughing over food, children touching items and one man used his hands was putting item back.
