Beautiful old building located centrally in Vienna which allowed us to walk to all the main attractions. Room was very large and had a fan and fridge which was great for keeping drinks cold. Bathroom was spacious and shower had good pressure. Breakfast was basic but had a good selection and we had no complaints
While not a big issue for us, the hotel is split in 2 and we were in a separate building to the one where the reception is and breakfast is served. Our room was extremely warm due to it being summer. There was no air conditioning and although there was an excellent fan in the room, it was very noisy so you could either sleep or be kept cool.

Breakfast, location and view.
The only good thing about this hotel was the location, breakfast, and balcony view.
There is a big inconvenience that in order to reach the elevator you have to carry the luggage for one floor; the elevator stopped working for 24 hours; the reception is at the first floor and you have to ring each time you want to get in and wait until they open the door; there is no a/c and the fan provided is very noisy; the fridge light is so bright, we had to cover it with a blanket to be able to sleep; we were given feather pillows only, I told the that I am allergic, but they did not have an alternative; the towels were never replaced with new ones, they folded the used ones, and we found them wet; the room was never cleaned for the five days we stayed there; staff is not friendly.

Frühstück 👍. Tolles Zimmer. Freundliches Personal. Vor 2 Jahren schon mal in diesem Hotel gewesen, damals habe ich das Hotel schlecht bewertet, dieses mal muss ich es absolut sehr gut bewerten. Hervorzuheben wäre auch die gelebte Inklusion mit einer Mitarbeiterin.
Es gibt so gut wie keine negativen Aspekte diesmal. Das einzige wäre eventuell, daß es keine Variationen bzgl Eier zum Frühstück gibt.

De locatie was perfect, dicht bij musea en winkelstraat. Maar ook bij een metrostation om verder de stad te kunnen verkennen.

Grand stately buildings but this is the same all over Vienna
The bedrooms were in a separate part of the hotel, which you had to go out of the building and into the street to get to - which meant we had to go out of the hotel to get back to the main part for breakfast

A entrada do hotel é escondida, confusa, a acomodação por sua vez tmb é confusa e desconfortável… uma vez q vc fica em um prédio e recepção e café da manhã estão em outro… os prédio não tem comunicação entre si. Café da manhã regular para ruim

location, location. nice breakfast facility. staff was very nice and attentive. nice to have a coffee machine in the hallway.
shower was small. Bathroom needed better ventilation. it would have been better to have a small refrigerator and microwave in the room and a table in addition to the desk.

The location is wonderful almost near to everything, I was feeling very safe to walk around even in the evening, the staff was extremely helpful and kind, they kept my luggage for all day!!! The room and the bathroom was very clean every day.The breakfast was good enough. My experience there was amazing

The hotel is very well located - in the center of town near museums etc. My room was spacious, with a big bed and warm. it was very cold outside. Breakfast was good - staff very friendly.
The lift was not working - which could be very difficult carrying luggage up several flights of stairs.

The building and the room were very classic, and the location was amazing, very close to the center and in a very lovely sector. The room was super big, almost like an studio, really much more than a simple room. Pretty lovely!! We felt like an actual Viennese house and experience. Additionally, the breakfast was super good.
Our room was pretty close to the entry of the building, and also was connected to another room through a door, so it was a bit noisy. In addition, the reception was in a different building which is not very comfortable when you travel with big luggage.

Great location close to museums and metro station, room and bathroom very spacious and bright, breakfast room cosy, bright and elegant. The breakfast.was abundant and good.
Our room was not in the main building but in a dependence round the corner. We didn't know about it before arriving there. Breakfast room is in the main building so we had to go out for breakfast. There is a coffee/tea/chocolate machine in the dependence but it is not very clean because people leave their dirty cups there...
We asked for a two single bed room but we had a double bed instead.
Only duvet on the bed, too warm for August temperature but there were no alternative.
The room was not perfectly cleaned when we arrived and we had to ask for toilet paper on the second day because they didn't notice that it was over.

The location was perfect close to the center, with metro 2 stations, the room was very big, the toilet was clean and modern. the bed was very comfortable.
There was no AC unit or any ventilation. There is a key from the floor entrance and you use the same key for the room. So i am assuming all the keys on the floor were the same. I find that very risky. The balcony is connected to all rooms. So you can easily access any room from your balcony. I stayed with my cat, and when I opened the doors for fresh air, my cat run out and went to some other people's room. Very funny situation

Hotel/pension is located direct in the neighborhood of Museumsquartier, Volkstheater and romantic area Spittelberg in the old apartment building from the golden era of Ringstrasse. I got a bigger room that I expected! It was clean and modern furnished. Breakfast better than usual.
There was quite a noise in the next room when other guests comes at night (maybe because of an old building?).

I loved this hotel so much. Each room unique and beautiful. Most helpful thoughtful hotel staff along with a phenomenal breakfast. Hands-down the best hotel in Vienna.
