Ambience in main lobby and general areas is aesthetic , lovely traditional style welcome,, fast check-in, reception staff cooperative and quick . Comfortable bed, housekeeping team prompt in response . Travel desk car availability is good.

Breakfast spread was decent. But did not live upto the Taj expectation, Taj Ahmedabad was a superior experience in terms of overall ambience, room size and decor, breakfast with live music and better variety. Taj Krishna guest rooms are dull. No indoor games facility.. Travel desk rates are steep .

Furdause restaurant food was amazing

Dirty and stained pillows had spit stain’s covered with pillowcases. Had a cockroach in a bathroom.

It has always been a pleasure to stay at Taj. They define hospitality.

I am surprised at some of the guests' behavior. Some of the guests were speaking pretty loudly over their cell phone in the corridors. I was at the check in counter. Another guest just comes to the counter and stands next to me, listening to every conversation I am having with the check in person. I think Taj staff should ask (politely) the guest to please stay back and you will be attended to when your turn comes. I wanted to check out and I am waiting for my turn. Other guests were just jumping ahead to talk to the staff at the counter.
