Really good location, on a quiet street but close to transport routes to main streets and tourist attractions. It was really clean at all times and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Super hôtel, un emplacement vraiment top avec une rue commerçante et pourtant hôtel au calme. Gros plus, des places disponibles si vous avez décidé de louer une voiture. Chambre super moderne et spacieuse, il est facile de s’y sentir à l’aise. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel ☺️

Location was perfect and two underground stations within a few minutes walk. High street nearby for any essentials and a good pub as hotel has no bar

The underground line runs under the room - may be a problem if you’re a light sleeper although they don’t run all night

staff were very friendly. Room service was excellent and room was kept lovely and clean . stay was so comfortable. location was excellent so close to shops and Hyde Park . made to feel very welcome 😊

We loved the hotel, the staff were great and super-helpful, the room was pleasant and restful, with a very comfortable bed. We did not have breakfast to keep cost down, but the breakfast room looked very nice. The location is fantastic, a quiet residential area only a stone's throw from Paddington station. We also walked through Kensington Gardens to Knightsbridge, which we enjoyed.

the hotel manager was extremely rude to myself and my friend where he kept speaking to us in a rude manner every time we walked in and out of the hotel and the last time we saw him he caught me of guard when I came back to the hotel at around 6 pm and started screaming at the top of his lungs in front of everyone walking in and out of the hotel and he was throwing accusations that I had friends over the knight before and we where too loud and that they lost customers and guests had to move and from the room next to us while we where out from 3 pm till 1 am so we had no one over and even when we came back we both went to bed so there wasn’t any loud noise that came out of our room as he claims and I asked him in a respectful way to allow me to go to my room because I have no idea what is making him this worked up and so when I was about to walk out the hotel 10 minutes later and I was able to gather my thoughts and remember what we did the knight before I explained what happened and he didn’t even allow me to speak as he was speaking over me at literally every two words and I kept telling him to allow me to speak and he wasn’t listening to me and in fact the second time that is asked him to give me a chance to speak he said no you have no right to do so and I told him “what you’re doing is called bad customer” and his answer was “ I don’t care” and then he told me “I will black list you from the hotel and I will cancel you’re reservation and refund you you’re money and deduct £200 for the inconvenience you caused” then when he saw that i was about to speak he said “get out I don’t want to listen to you or hear you out” and cheekily asked me to apologise to him so I reserved a room for my remaining stay in London at another hotel as he said that he’ll cancel my reservation right away and I went out of my way and contacted booking about the matter and explained what happened and the tried to contact the hotel to enquire about the status of my reservation but no one...
