Great staff great location and great property
Room could have been a little cleaner. The floor was a little dirty but the rest of the room was great.

Location is ideal for the purpose of my visits to Bedford.
Staff very friendly.
Virtually no natural light in room.
Door latch didn't work properly meaning easy to leave door unlocked. House cleaning did not close and lock behind them for example. Poor security.
Thought restaurant menu quite limited. Nothing simple as a bar snack/light meal for a solo resident diner.
Room felt 'tired'.

Very nice hotel right on the river bank, great area around hotel. Room was very big and well appointed, lots of character. Comfortable beds, nice big bathroom with a good shower

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff are great, the food is amazing and the atmosphere is lovely. Our room was fantastic with a great river view. Will definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the embankment as I was attending an event. I would recommend anyone who Is planning a visit to stay here. The environment is nice and friendly, staff are amazing and take care of your needs effectively. Very nurturing and you have a look my view of the river out front. Rooms are very well out together, cozy and clean. The food…. was on point. Best cheesecake ever. It’s lovely place to visit and good for evening entertainment if your looking for a place to socialise.
There was nothing for me to dislike. all needs were met without expectations.
