Infinity pool was good. However on the third morning while using the pool we were asked to vacate the pool since your tech wanted to scrub the pool ! That was indeed disappointing. Break fast was satisfactory, however the egg counter / chapatti / roti canai counter was / is too far away from the main tables,

The egg counter should be closer with better signage. Room floor appeared to be dusty and not mopped. Hot water shower handle kept falling off and was not screwed on properly. Corridor passage roof was leaking and and not rectified in the three days we were there.

my first room was horrible.... it smell and it seem like not ready to be stay.... it sooo much diff fr the picture in the booking website.so rundown....the dust in the toilet...best part the toilet cant flush well... it sooo gross. than we got a diff room....fair enough...still the toilet smell....and the toiletries is the worst I got....even a motel toiletries is better thn them... I use to stay since last 10 yrs...always my first choice ....this round is the worst!!

please look into everything.

1) We arrived early before 11am to avoid traffic jams during the school holiday. Once I stepped out of my car at the hotel car park, I was approached by the security manager and I was told that Thistle Hotel policy does not allow hotel visitors to enter the hotel before check-in time at 3pm. But he allowed me to come back after 12:30pm later. It is really a disrespectful, inconsiderate, and impolite hotel policy. I have been to many world-class hotels in many countries and I even stayed in Thistle Hotel for personal or corporate events over the past few years. This time, Thistle Port Dickson is the only hotel in the world that I have visited that blocks visitors from entering the hotel compound before check-in time. 2) Hotel room is old and the toilet is not clean. 3) Swimming pool slides ripped and maintenance is needed.

The breakfast wasn't the best and didn't seem fresh.. Omelette was badly made and not cooked properly inside.. Roti canai was a frozen readymade one that was heated up.. The room felt old and towels smelt like it as well.. Problems with the AC too..

Disappointed with breakfast and room bathroom. Poor sound insulation effect.

property was so good. the room spacious and clean. it has own private property and private beach. i wish to come back again.
