hotel staff are helpful, friendly and polite

The room is too dark, the furnishing rundown and there were ants crawling around the kitchen, living area and bed. I felt disappointed as the game room located at level 2 was closed due to renovation. I loss the opportunity to pay together with family children in game room.

- The breakfast is copy and paste. Both days 95% same food variety. - Furniture looks old and wifi is terribly slow. I have to purchase my own data plan to work for 2 days. - The aircond compressor sounds like Harley Davidson revving outsite the room

The breakfast got a lot of flies and there is no staffs helping over to help in the situation

The flies.. a lot of flies when we having breakfast.. cleanliness shall improve..

The private pool and large area.

The restaurant that serves breakfast is bad. Flies, and servers doing table setting using the tray that has stains! Appeared to be like the same tray used for cleaning table. The hotel room is charged expensively, so should take good care of other facilities hygiene. Check-in time is late, check out time is early.

Room is a bit run down

I hate the hassle of check in process. Need to fill in hardcopy form (in this era of digitalization 😐).
