Our stay at Bays Hotel was a highlight whilst in Greece. Staff were friendly and super helpful with scooter rental. Coffee and breakfast was great and the pool was a nice treat. great location and great view for the balcony rooms.

The staff get full marks for friendly and helpful. They pick you up and drop you off from the port, nothing is too much hassle. Lovely pool and bar area and the view of area from the top floor rooms is gorgeous. The bedroom is a decent size and the little balcony is cute enough, and with that view, you can really enjoy a beer sitting there. It is slightly out of the way (but you are where you need to be in the town within a 10/12 minute walk) but that means it is really peaceful at night and you get a good night's sleep. Good wifi all over the grounds.

The toilet/shower room is small and not nearly well lit enough. Feels like it belongs in a lower quality place as everything else is of a good standard. A few more 'Bays' signs on the lamp posts coming from the other side of town would be helpful.

Pool was great after a hot day on the beach or walking. Morning coffee was served with really lovely lemon cake. Staff were really friendly. Fresh bed linen and towels every day which was lovely (although not ecofriendly) especially as it was so hot. We were picked up and dropped off at the ferry terminal. Air conditioning in room.

No kettle/coffee machine or cutlery in apartment which was a bit disappointing. Maybe taken out due to covid? There was a sink, worktop and fridge though.

Good location, easy walk, shuttle from port was great - the driver was super nice and friendly. room was clean, comfortable place to hangout by the pool.

Some of the staff was friendlier than others, the windows and balcony in our room did not open and we couldn’t open or close our shutters outside so it was very bright in the morning. Food and coffee from the bar was average.

The hotel is in an excellent location, really close to the old harbor with many facilities and shops around the corner. The pool was really an add-on, the beds were extra comfy and the room was really tidy and clean. Staff was super polite and helpful.

The bathroom definitely needed a renovation and a ventilation solution.

Accommodation was as described. Very pleasant and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We had a great time at Bay's hotel in Spetses. The hotel is located at a key area where you can easily go to the old and new harbour on foot. The rooms were clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The pool was beautiful and it was getting cleaned every night! Grigoris was a great host and he gave us all the important information about the island at the time we checked in. Alexis was very polite and he took us and our luggage from the port and drove us back when we departed. Nektarios and Thodoris at the bar were very kind and always eager to help with advice about the island regarding where to go, where to eat etc. Iro and Fenia were very nice at serving us by the pool and very helpful, as well. Huge thanks to all the members of the staff for making it such a pleasant stay!

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, super nice and helpful staff! Definitely coming back to this place!
