A pousada já cativa à primeira vista, ao adentrar sua charmosa recepção - espaçosa e decorada com extremo bom gosto. Além do que o tratamento dispensado pelos funcionários não poderia ser melhor, os quais não medem esforços, seja para ajudar, seja para informar o hóspede. Recomendo fortemente.

Location was great! Very quiet.
Often there was no one in the office, so if you had issues there was no one around.
Our first room the toilet was broke and the sink ran brown water.
The selling freature for us, the area with table over looking the sea, was always closed and locked up, such a shame. I work part time, remotly, and had planned to work there. Otherwise we would ahve saved money and stayed a few blocks back.
We were given a towel with bird poo on it, although I am not convinced it was bird, and they barely commented.
Breakfast includes eggs, you have to know to ask.
All in all a pousada that does the bare minimum.

People working at the front desk were friendly and helpful/ knew English! However, I felt like what I got for the price of the room was not worth it. Blankets & towels were run down. The key was an old school key making it difficult to open and lock the door.

We loved the location and the excellent service of breakfast on the beach. Everyone was do friendly to us

The hotel was in a good location as it was very close to the old town and directly on a small but nice beach close to everything you need. Breakfast each morning on the beach was very nice.
It was quite noisy as the restaurant doubles as sort of a club in the evening and doesn’t close until 12:30am, so if you don’t plan to be part of the festivities, it is very noisy even in your room.

Nothing location maybe
Small room that was not dirty but very dated noisy it was all half brooken breakfast on the beach was dreadfull horible prison style nothing like you get in any other pousada and we stayed in many!! The beach was very dirty absolutely not recomended for swimming

The location is amazing! The breakfast on the beach is the icing on the cake. Also, staff is amazingly friendly and helpful when it comes to tours and events. Fully recommended!

The breakfast. It consisted of a metal tray with 1 slice of cheap ham, 1 slice of cheese, 1 piece of bread and 1 piece of fruit. It looked and tasted like prison food.

Nice and cozy. Breakfast at the beach is with amazing view and vibe. Had a great time here. The beach is not very good for swimming because of the muddy bottom. But there are kayak tours to other beaches that start exactly in from of this hostel, and those are just amazing. Staff is very helpful. They told me where to find the laundry in the city and how to use it.
Sockets near the bed were not functioning, had to use the other ones

It's one minute away from the beach and the hangs in the office are awesome.
The room was looked more like a prison, than a hostel. Even for Brazil, was not really clean there.

The breakfast was one of the best I have had in South America. Lots of fruits, bread, cakes and juices to choose from
The wifi is very weak. It cannot be accessed in the rooms and wasnt working at all at times.

- THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT AND THE LOCATION AS WELL
- THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY
- THIS HOSTEL HAD VERY DIRTY BATHROOMS
- THE TRANSPORT THEY PROVIDE CALLED EASY TRANSPORT (NOT NECESSARILY THE FAULT OF THE HOSTEL BUT THEY PROVIDE THEIR SERVICES) I WAS GOING FROM PARATY TO RIO AND THE TRIP IS 4 HOURS, TAKING A SHUTTLE WAS MEANT TO MAKE IT EASIER AND IT TOOK US 8 HOURS. EVERYTHING WAS CONFUSING, COULDNT BREATHE IN THE SHUTTLE AS THE DRIVER DIDNT WANT TO PUOT TO AC ON CUZ HE WAS COLD.WE WAITED FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF SOMEWHERE HALFWAY BECAUSE THEY HAVE A HORRIBLE ORGANIZATION AND WHEN WE FINALLY LEFT THE SPOT, THEY FORGOT TWO PEOPLE AND WE HAD TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK. 8 HOURS TO RIO INSTEAD OF 4. NEVER TAKE EASYTRANSPORT

The coffee is good
It is dirty. Moldy, smells horrible and the MOLD really.
Beds are not comfy, a lot of noise. No running water for a long time, no alternative was offered.
