Accueil incroyable de Patrick, le personnel super sympathique. Chambres spacieuses et breakfast délicieux

Objectivement rien ne nous a dérangé.

L'accueil chaleureux du personnel et en particulier de Patrick le propriétaire. Le calme après les journées bruyantes de la ville et une très bonne literie. Le décor du Riad et le bel espace de la chambre.

Les difficultés pour rentrer de Marrakech en taxi. La faible insonorisation des chambres.

repas très bon et cuisiné avec des produits frais, petit déjeuné succulent, thé à la fleur d'oranger préparé avec les fleurs d'oranger fraichement cueillies et infusé, un bonheur ! Patrick s'occupe de tout pour que votre séjour soit un vrai plaisir et que vous vous sentiez bien. Nous sommes arrivés à 22h00, Patrick a fait ouvrir les cuisines pour nous faire préparer à manger. Venez ici les yeux fermés.... :)

The hotel is a family hotel- Staff is so amazing that will make you feel like home away from home- even the owner Patric is on your service all day long- The chef Muhammad is amazing and he will cook for you whatever we feel like. quiet and peaceful hotel.

When i entered i didnt like that much but after 2 hours I loved it and stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days.

a bit to close from airport with a few planes flying over our head. not very convenient to go back to the Medina in the evening.

It’s a short cab ride from the centre of town - a great place to get away from the rush of the city and to relax around a pool. The staff are terrific too - nothing is too much trouble.

Incredible staff. They went above and beyond every single day to make us feel at home and very accommodating. Our friend forgot her phone in shuttle on way back to airport for an early flight and they helped us get it back quickly so she could make her flight. Great food for breakfast and dinner at the Riad as well. Thank you!

Great deal short drive from the city crowd. Cozy environment, very friendly staff. The chef is a master of the local foods,slow cooked lamb was something, not to mention a generous breakfast. Great standard for the money.

needs better cleaning and maintenance , too far out from Marrakesh so you need to arrange a driver - taxis don’t know where to go.

Beautiful hotel set in a very Moroccan-style building. Not many rooms which made the stay a lot more pleasant, especially that there was a large area around the pool as well as indoor lounges. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and there was air con/heating. Beds were very comfortable too. Breakfast was mainly pastries/bread, fruit and an omelette on demand. Restaurant staff spoke mainly French but there were no problems with communication.

The location is the main issue - it’s outside the city (something that wasn’t obvious from the description), which made for a lot of description to taxi drivers. I’ve had to get my own Google maps out to navigate drivers as there’s no way to really signpost it. If you want the hotel’s transport t’s €15 each way, which is more expensive than using the Roby taxi app. The other problem was the complete absence of any complimentary water/tea/coffee outside breakfast. Obviously if you wanted those in the evening you’d have to either go to the town or have a very modest yet overpriced cup of tea. A bottle of water is more than 3 times its price in the town. Wouldn’t recommend the dinner either - food is much better and more value for money in the town. The rooms aren’t cleaned every day - the beds are made and towels changed but that’s about it. The rugs were dirty by about day 3 but they weren’t swept.

very spacious, exclusive and comfortable. fantastic family run business, really appreciated the room upgrade. Pools and spa treatments also very nice. Room service was good and taxi transfers organised by the hotel were fantastic and very efficient. Highly recommend and we hope to be back soon.

I had a wonderful experience at the Palais Riad berber,Every staff member I encountered,from valet to the check-in to the cleaning ,staff were delightful and eager to help ,it were a extremely accommodating and they allowed us to check-in early and I didn’t wanna wait .So this was a big plus .the service was exceptional as well.would definitely send friend there.THANK YOU .

The location and the facility. The stuff were supper friendly and helpful. Very safe and comfortable. Also the service is unbeatable, the hotel has a taxi service that can give you a tour around Marakech with an extra fee.

Setting near the pool at night and watching the stars. Idriss is an amazing host 👏I will go back again when I visit Marakech.

we have visited this amazing hotel for 4 days. We have been treated very well by the crew and the hospitality was great. The facilities are great, the food was perfect and the pools are very clean. We hope to see you next year again.

Driss who runs the hotel was incredibly helpful and kind - he was happy to help us with any requests we had (sending someone out to buy toothpaste for us and even dropping us at an event himself). The hotel was great, with a very relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to relax.

Room cleanling was not perfect, but I assume this was because we surprised the staff at 1:00am without prior notice... so they had no time for a last brush out....otherwise, as mentioned, very helpful and kind hosts...
