The room wa clean & comfy. This was my 3rd or 4th time staying there.

Everything was perfect. However i think the shower hose in the bathtub needs some make over. I don’t really fancy bathtub. So i used shower most of the time.

The check in was a breeze the staffs are friendly. The mee goreng from the kitchen was superb.

Beeakfast served during 2nd hariraya was not fresh. The lemamg/ketupat was not up to expectation in the light of hariraya, bcos it looks like yday leftover. A lot of room for improvement . The surroundong putside the lobby plus the basement parking wete full of mosquitoes...serious health problem

1. Excellent hospitality - all the staff I interacted with were amicable and attentive. 2. The bed and the room in general were very comfortable 3. Great location - near a lot of restaurants and other convenient stores 4. Ample parking spaces provided 5. The food ordered through room service was delicious This is an excellent example of a well-run hotel

Not really a complaint but the hotel is old and the amenities in the room are pretty dated. However, they are all functional.
