Location, Space, and staffs

A bit noisy between room.

The location was perfect. Close to the old City, cafes, shopping, markets. We were moved to the other Pingnakorn Hotel Huaykaew due to noisy construction. This hotel was next to a private farm with beautiful big trees. It made it a very quiet location. We loved the shabby chic Victorian style of this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfasts provided a broad range of foods. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Rooms did not have any information brochures about the facilities at the hotel. There was a phone in the room but no instructions on how to use it to reach the concierge. The hot water system wasn't working for the whole week I was there. The advertised room service was not provided. No USB ports to charge devices. No body or hand soap provided. No mini bar for snacks and there was no tea bags. The advertised kitchenette was non-existent so we had no cutlery or crockery to serve ourselves food we had to go out and buy. There was no restaurant to have dinner. The beds were a bit too firm and the buffet breakfast did not cater for dietary requirements such as vegan, lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, etc. To attract more overseas travellers some improvements are required.

I’d like the staff and the room service but the shower is too bad. the temperature is too hot or too cold.
