little to no noise cancellation so got woken up a lot by neighbours and people drinking at the bar next door

the hosts were wonderful and so very helpful. the location is fantastic.

Clean and pleasant place, close to the center and the train station.Around there are restaurants, supermarkets, pastry shops. The owners are pleasant and responsive.

the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating! We were very happy with the apartment. since we came in December we appreciated how warm it was!

Toiletries were not enough for the days and the number of persons.

The studio was large and well appointed. Very well located for the centre of the city (sights, dining, trains, etc)

Black out curtains would have been very welcome. The china/cutlery was rather sparce

central location did mean we had some noise at night - mainly the waste collection every day in early hours of morning. was ok with window shut but we like to sleep with window open

There needs to be more Plugs fitted in the kitchen as only one plug which had the wifi plugged into so could not use the electrical appliances.

This place has the greatest staff! Due to a train strike, we had to take buses to get there and the staff was still there waiting to greet us! He offered to help with taxis, provided a map and recommendations and answered questions throughout our stay. There was plenty of space in the apartment, very clean, coffee provided and comfortable beds and soft towels. Even a washing machine was available! The kitchen is updated …IKEA style. I had to google how to use the Bialetti coffee pot -haha. The location is in the old town, lots of restaurants and shopping and a busy nightlife. And it’s up a couple of floors, but not bad. The air conditioning was great and we enjoyed the terrace each day.

We are coffee drinkers!! An auto coffee maker, like a Negresco, would be nice.
