Leider, musste ich den Aufenthalt um 5 Tage verkürzen, keine Abrechnung nach tatsächlichen Aufenthalt sondern komplett abgezockt! Booking.com 0,0% Hilfe Provision kassiert für kompletten Aufenthalt… Schade, daraus gelernt!

Great location to JBR and huge apartment with 2 bathrooms, kitchen and balcony.

Nice upgrade to a suite on arrival. Very large room with lounge, large comfortable bed and a balcony. Close to beach and the main walk.

The lifts !! There is just not enough lifts for the amount of people using them. Stairs were not direct and took you through working area corridors. . Our room had an odour. A air purifier with a scent had been set up in the room to cover the smell.

Super Lage. Zimmer sind recht groß und völlig in Ordnung. Frühstück war ausreichend. Man kann das Schwesterhotel Hilton Jumeira mitbenutzen, das mit einer Brücke verbunden ist. Dort geht es auch direkt an den Strand und es gibt einen großen Pool. Ausblick von der Hilton Lounge Pure im 35. Stock ist atemberaubend.

Man musste sehr lange, zu den Stoßzeiten, an den Aufzügen warten. 6 Aufzüge sind einfach zu wenig für die Größe des Hotels.

Upgraded to the executive king room including breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour and I highly recommend doing this. Staff were all so helpful and massage from Than was awesome. 10 out of 10.

Lift were a bit slow.

Location is great , it has access to the beach , mini market and a lot of place suitable for kids nearby Add to that the spacious room , friendly staff It was my daughter birthday and they surprised us with a cake in the room with special birthday arrangements it was wonderful surprise Can’t specify an employee as there were all professional I definitely recommend this place you won’t regret it

The quality of the food can be improved it was ok but can be better , the breakfast was ok but having more variety or to change from day to day would be great

Breakfast was limited and guests was overcrowded there was no control overall staff was helpful

To improve, fix the lift, add air fresheners on each floor, and update the room decor, flooring, and bathroom tiles. Currently, it feels more like an apartment than a hotel.

Staffs and location were great

The wait time for elevators were so long

The booking we made showed a balcony on the picture, we have stayed at this hotel at least 6 times. This time the standards have dropped drastically. We arrived at hotel at 1pm, the staff that checked us in said she will check us in early if we could give her 10-15, we waited for over 1hr to be let in the room. The room was dirty the mirrors were not cleaned so was the bathroom. But when entering the room, we noticed it did not have balcony so we called reception to let them know. The lady who was at reception said we booked standard room which does not come with a balcony, I tried to explain we have always booked a studio which comes with balcony she disagreed i then said well the booking we have made clearly shows a balcony so that is misleading. She was not willing to listen, I explained due to medical reasons I need fresh air so would appreciate a balcony she said there was no room available. The room we was placed in was not clean and not the room shown on picture. My husband then went to speak to reception face to face and they was rude and did not listen to a word he said. We was on our anniversary trip which got ruined the moment we walked in to the room. We then had to ask them to come and clean the room. Overall this was a bad experience, the hotel is supposed to be 4 * but this time it was 2*. We will not be visiting this hotel again, and would not recommend it to anyone either. I would appreciate if this matter was looked at, as I feel we have been robbed the room cost £500ish for 2 days, but what we was given was not what was shown on the picture. I am devastated that this trip got ruined and overall the customer service was poor. Hilton is chain hotel and there standards are supposed to be good but this was shocking. I demand for a partial refund as the room we stayed in was not what we had booked or was advertised.

Better customer service, clean the rooms before checking guests in, Do not mislead by posting by posting photos of the room when in reality it is different.

Top location, private beach, gym, friendly staff but the checkout experience impaired the entire experience.

At check in, they verbally confirmed a late Checkout at 2 pm (what I needed to due to a biz video conference). They "kicked" me out of the room during the video conference. I even offered that they can start cleaning during my video conference. the lady at the front desk refused... Rooms and interior are outdated and need renovation.

Breakfast was very good. Location is good as well

Close to playground so kids can play while parents relax in the hotel.

I think the lobby needs a renovation. In Tower B the breakfast area is so tight.

Comfortable room with sea view, good cleaning, various breakfast (in Hilton Jumeira), helpful staff (except reception).

We’ll, it was not so pleasant experience with Hilton this time. 1) After check-in we received our key… and we couldn’t open our room! More than 30 minutes we waited under the door while someone came. 2) Our room was connected room (!). One night around 23:00 someone tried to open our door from other side. 3) Executive Lounge package is a wasted money. 4) Finally during check-out we paid some additional money because “staff made mistake” (!). We just paid cos we hadn’t time to check up.
