Everything was perfecrt.

Loved the location and facilities here. The staff were super helpful, especially when we needed a taxi to get from the hotel to Ollantaytambo station and there was a landslide - we got to the station with time to spare. Great games and activities in the shared spaces too.
The hotel was quite difficult to get to if you didn't use the shuttle service that you could get from the hotel. Further from Ollantaytambo than I thought.

We have got here after three days of Salkantay trekking. What a jam. Calm, beautiful and well decorated place. Would stay here for at least two nights. Surroundings are wonderful!

Excellent staff.

look and feel was good
not 5 star by a long shot, food not great, constant power cuts

This is not a place for usual backpacker crowd. About 7 km away from the main town of Ollantayatambo, Del Pilar is a place of calm and serene; the mighty Andes surrounds the property like a fortress, vast stretch of green fields soothes the eyes and the mind, puffs of cloud imparts a mystic aura as the legends of the Incas.
My husband and I stayed here for three nights and we both agree this is the best romantic and peaceful hotel stay that we have had so far.
Hotel staff are amazing. From the time we stepped in they gave us personal attention, including waking us up and serving coffee at 5 am plus packing boxed breakfast for our early morning train ride to Machu Picchu.
Transport to the main town and ruins is by collectivos
( Veronica), there is a stop just at the hotel gate; usually a little crowded with the local commuters ( 4 soles / person), taxis take 40- 45 soles.
A special mention to the juices served in breakfast, they are freshly squeezed and tastes of real fruit!
The onsite restaurant Aymuray has fewer items though the dishes are made with lot of care and taste perfect.

Very nice structure, well maintained hotel.
Pretty location, a little far from the center dough.
Great lounge area with games to play. Nice restaurant,
Very good attention from the staff
The floor of the room above ours, on the second floor, made to much wood noise. We could hear all the movements above us.. The hotel needs to do something to insulate better the sounds of second apartment's floor.
So definitely ask for rooms on the second floor, when you make the reservation.
4.7
excellent service, food and beautiful location
a bit outside town, 15 min to get to town and ruins , however not an issue for our short stay.
4.7
Very nice hotel and great staff. There were 2 alpaca on the grounds. There was a fire pit and a game room.
I didn’t like that we were charged for bottled water. I think this should have been complimentary. The morning breakfast was not that great with limited options
4.7
The staff was amazing, friendly, professional, and a delight. We wished we would have stayed an extra night to relax, enjoy the facilities, and the peaceful location. The food was FANTASTIC. They were able to easily accommodate food preferences/allergies. We are still dreaming about their passion fruit cheese cake. Oh- and the fresh squeezed juices at breakfast were out of this world!! We would love to return, and recommend it to anyone touring the Sacred Valley!!
Not one complaint!

The staff was incredible kind and always willing to help. The hotel in general is quite beautiful, a lot of green areas, rooms to play, a room with a fireplace to chat with friends/family and have some drinks, they even have Alpacas walking around the hotel and the makes a huge difference. The breakfast was also great. Basically no complaints.

Whole property was spotless! Staff was very accommodating and professional! Food was great!
Property was a little out the way from Ollantaytambo but a taxi ride was always a phone call away.
4.7
Really nice garden and view
A bit loud due to the train
Taxi which the hotel ordered was really expensive. Only 10 soles less than we paid from the city to cusco

perfect place to stay near ollanta. very nice stafs. good breakfast

amazing hotel views and comfortable bedroom. there are games available such pool and playstation
it was hard to get there from the “pueblo”, no transport included so had to find a way to get there for 40 soles. (20 mins away)
4.7
Excellent hotel with high standards and lots of space and greenery. We love its quiet location in the valley, being surrounded by mountains and river. That said, it’s a 20-minute drive from Ollantaytambo so you definitely need a car to stay here.
During our stay, there were nationwide protests and roads were blocked, while trains to Machu Picchu were canceled. We were glad to be in this hotel thou, as they have a pool table, boardgames, chess set, hammocks and even alpacas that roam the grounds. The hotel also let us take their bikes for free, and we enjoyed a scenic bike ride along the valley with our 7 year old! The restaurant also serves decent (though pricey) food.

Amazing location, staff were very friendly, helpful and professional!!
The breakfast was very simple but good.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was exceptional since reception to the restaurant, going above and beyond. Wilmer from the restaurant was superb! The breakfast was good and the room cleaned. The view to the mountain made it even more special. We will definitely be back!

Todo impecable excelente lugar!

Location is amazing and they have the cutest alpacas in the world hanging out in the yard all the time.
We loved everything at the place
4.7
We liked the good mood of the staff, their availability.
The bungalow was very nice, big, clean, a lot of light.
The decoration is very nice.
We highly recommend this accommodation.
4.7
Amazing small resort in the lower sacred valley, just 5 km shy of the start of the Inka Trail
4.7
The staff was nice.
The location is terrible!! Way to far from town, which is sent in an email afterwards. They charge WAY to much compared to local prices for taxis. They should not be allowed to use Ollantaytambo as a location since it is 30 minutes away and should offer a complimentary car service since it is very rare to find someone who will drive you there.

Everything was Awesome! WayneWorldTravels group on IG loved this place and will recommend!

Nice hotel in a stunning place. The territory is beatiful and well maintained. Our room was quite spacious, we've also liked our breakfast. The hotel has good facilities and looks quite new. Nothing to complain about.
A little bit hard to get there by yourself. We were going by car, 1st road was closed due to a construction works, second way had a river (creek) crossing the road, finnally we were able to get there using the 3rd option. Although it wasn't very difficult for us to find the right way, we still could have saved some time if we had this information from the hotel in advance. So considering the location I would expect some advance notice from the hotel on this topic with precice instructions.
