Comfortable beds. Very quiet room. Clean.

The room was cold, although staff did get it warm when we complained. The WiFi in the bedroom was very poor and intermittent. The water stopped in the middle of having a shower. The staff were not apologetic and rather brusque

The hotel I booked on my website. The experience was very bad. First of all, the order on the platform showed 66 euros, and then it changed to 77 euros when the payment was scheduled. I immediately contacted the hotel. The customer service staff of the hotel told me that they could not refund the money after placing the order. They were very rude and told me that their room price was 80 euros. Later, I also contacted the website to book the customer service, the customer service first asked me and the day's price screenshot. I told him no. Then the customer service answered me that there was no way to refund my money. And said my mistake had nothing to do with them! Said I filled in the wrong email address, so there is no way to give me a discount. I express very do not understand, the platform's explanation and practice! Finally, it should be noted that the toilet in this hotel room cannot drain at all. After taking a shower, water will run in the toilet for a whole night. Causing you to go to the bathroom and get your feet in the water. It was a really bad experience, it ruined my wonderful travelling mood ！！！！！ Other consumers please see clearly before booking!

The most comfortable stay ever for me as a solo traveller

Nothing to complain about

it’s superb except guests are noisy as everywhere in Spain ! you need ear plugs to sleep in every hotel ! this was same but otherwise it’s in great location with all attractions close by ! the staff are absolutely wonderful

The hotel was well situated, central yet quiet the room clean and comfortable the staff friendly and helpful.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel was located quite central even though there was a 15minute walk to the bridge. The room was also very clean and the bathroom quite recently renovated.

The stuff when we arrived was quite rude. they didn’t even inform us regarding hotel facilities or city’s most important views. There was no sound insulation in the rooms and we could hear every little sound that the neighbours did.

Not to have a little fridge for cold drinks in this hot weather and not been able to have a sandwich of any kind , when i was Hungría at 11pm . But the young girl at the reception and the lovely old man at night ,THEY WERE YOUR BIGGEST ASSET ,EXEPTIONALY VERY GOOD ,I'LL GIVE THEM 20 OUT OF 10 .

The structure is really sad. I was certainly not expecting a luxury hotel, but it is bare and at times shabby. The staff was however very courteous in changing my room due to the noises coming from the freight elevator. Having said that I recommend it for the sole location not far from the station and the main bridge. I wouldn't go back, it made me sad every time I walked through its doors. Good quality / price

Fantastick staff. The owner of hotel ordered me to change location to his other hotel in the center of old town with the best view room. When we came to hotel we where shocked! Wow what amazing views from small balcony. We felt like we won 1 million lottery ticket ;))) thank you thank you thank you!

The aircon didn't work for one night of the stay. The system was reset and this resolved the issue.

The friendly staff.

Good, simple room. Clean. Friendly staff. 10 minutes walk from the centre. The rooms seem more modern than the communal areas of the hotel.

Water pressure was a bit erratic. Could have been more choice for breakfast. Noise travelled into the room from the hallway very easily but generally the hotel was quiet.

Hotel is very nice. I think because of the Covid some things like locker or fridge are not in the room anymore. Rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast is very Spanish and simple now. Staff is very helpful and nice.

The only thing is zero space to put your beauty bag in bathroom. The only space is floor.

One staff member, a young gentleman, was very helpful and kind. We had a nice balcony.

The neighborhood was a bit of a walk from the main area in a less charming area. Around 12:30am, the garbage trucks would come to empty bins. Extremely loud. Owner/ manager was dismissive at check in when we were trying to figure out where to leave our luggage, as we were early. No breakfast times or WiFi information was given to us at check in. We had to ask later. No information was offered about Ronda. The hotel’s cleaners left their cleaning cart outside our room for hours on our first day. Another woman working the desk, argued with us about WiFi. We tried to explain that it didn’t work in the rooms. She repeatedly gave us the password and was somewhat defensive. The water pressure in the bathroom shower and sink fluctuated with such noise that it would wake you up. The beds were older with uncomfortable springs. The AC would not change temperature. Breakfast was dismal. Toast and a cold tortilla. Although Booking.com didn’t list a pool but the link to the property from Booking.com does. See picture attached. I don’t know what criteria their star system is based upon, but this was no comparison to other four star hotels we stayed in, in Spain.

Great location, short walk into Ronda's shops, bars and sightseeing. Good hotel for the price we paid.
