Room was comfortable, well themed and staff were friendly.

Need real orange juice at the buffet, not cordial. A second roll of toilet paper should be kept in the room as we ran out one night!!!

Everything fantastic!

The property has Tibetan element, is one of the oldest 5-star hotels of chengdu.The main hall makes you feel like in Tibet. It locates in the centre and is close to the Renmin Bei Lu station of metro line 1 and 4. We stayed in a family room for 4 nights. The room is bright and spacious. the staff are friendly. The breakfast is fantastic and Tibetan food worth a try, especially the Tibetan milk tea.

Room was very comfortable, large and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very friendly and English speaking. Everything was great!

It was a very nice hotel for the money

Some of the staff was a little unfriendly, and I think it is the way that Chinese women relate to men in a business setting, and I am not used to it
