Breakfast can be better, water bottles one or two atleast a day should be complimentary

The rooms are spacious. The Checkin process was easy.

The breakfast area is small and a bit inconvenient. The linen was not provided as required. The door lock was not fully operational and the key had to be reconfigured for each entry but the reception was indifferent to this problem although in the know.

The location is good therefore we booked again but it seems this will be the last time we stay at this property.

The staff were so unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with they don't even smile in your face, very unwelcoming, which is a surprise because we have been always booking at this property whenever we visit Mumbai and there service was always amazing. But this time the staff has changed along with the quality of the service. There was cockroaches in the kitchen area and the housekeeping wasn't doing a proper cleaning, I had to clean after his done the cleaning because the cleaning was not done properly and he was not pleasant to deal with.
