The hotel and facilities too old, need urgent upgrading.

Less people..not crowded..eastly access ti room...enough size for family.. Good location...near beach and food spot.. Will come back...insyaAllah.

1.Not enough 220V socket...only for TV and freezer..need at least 2-3 socket for phone charging, water heater etc.. 2. Shower size is ok but old fashion not minimalist..and feel small. 3. Aircond blower need to relocate to higher and center position. 4. MAJOR DROWBACK - Pool is too small..kids alsi cramped..need to renovate bigger pool...use existing space.. Thanks..

Strategically located in heart of Port Dickson

Room is not meet my expectation such as no fridge...my be this resort due major upgrade sometime early 2023 should completed mid 2023..told by the staff

Decent hotel in fair location.

Busy road between the hotel and beach. Difficult to cross the road, especially with children. Beach and sea quite dirty. Sand flies too. But hotel itself is OK.

Your staff can give me the room as per requested. The staff also give a good service during checkin and checkout process. Overall we satisfied with your service and the price. All in good but maybe I suggest you can add more menu for breakfast, so we have more choices of food. And also you can give extra food menu suitable for kid's.

Aircond, maybe you can replace the old unit or give a good maintenance to old unit aircond because they take time to cold the all room. Btw the others have no issue.

nothing. luckily near to the sea.

the carpet too smelly. smell like the wet carpet. my room no wifi coz staff said my room too far. the aircond very noisy. the bathroom too small which is the space like coffin. the towel not clean. the plug only got one. seriously very unsatisfied with this hotel. i even cannot give any star to them. if got negative star, i will rate them -5 star.
